I came in for a free spicy chicken sandwich with a $1 purchase I've bought on in phoenix az Also bought a spicy chicken wrap in phoenix Both were horrible The spicy flavor was good But that's it In all the chicken sandwiches they were dry hard and the meat itself was tasteless I hope this review can save people from ordering it It's not a restaurant problem The last sandwich I got in California tasted just as bad as the az one The restaurant was clean The staff was nice and polite Chicken sandwich sucked

This Burger King has decent food, but they don't understand what closing time means. If you approach this joint at 8pm most of their services is non-existent. This isn't a one-time issue this happens every time I show up there, and I'm a local. The soda machines are put up, themeat is put up, The ice cream machines are closed. Tonight happened to be a supervisor named Layla who allowed her staff to actually close at 8:00 so they can sit around and do nothing till 8:30. There were no sodas, there was no ice cream... Not this particular night but I've been there where I couldn't get the burger that I wanted because they didn't have that meat cooked I had to take another one. These people need to learn what the hell closing time is! If you close at 8:30 that's when you start shutting your machines down not being lazy trying to steal a half hour from some damn franchise owner The soda these idiots provided me tonight was a lukewarm can Dr pepper instead of a cold fountain drink.... If you can avoid this place avoid it!

corporate need to send in a review team. This stores beverages are available every other day because somethingis broke. When asked to want the meal he doesn't discount the meal because you brought in a drink from the Walmart. No he charges customers Ala carte making it just as much as the meal with no drink. As a past district manager for Blueline dba little Ceasars pizza. This store needs to be reinspected.

Went there around 630 this evening, got a cheeseburger meal and chicken nuggets and my kids and I couldn’t eat the fries or nuggets because it tasted like chemicals.
I prefer the fish sandwich more than the roast beef for some reason

I rated it 1 star. Call before you go. They are short staffed and close at anytime. Closed at 825pm. PM Staff needs customer service training.Went back the next day. The morning crew was awesome, Great customer service! Food was great and I got my whooper wcheese finally!Edited this review.

The food was just okay not like the good old days the burgers are way smaller than they used to be but the plus side was all the employees that I dealt with were very courteous and responded very nicely to any questions I had to ask I can't give them higher than three stars but it's not the employee's fault be nice of them will be nice to you I will eat there again though
