Only one restroom was available, and an employee came out prior to my use.The restroom was absolutely disgusting. Lots of toilet paper and urine all over the floor which was apparently ignored by the staff.

The general manager here, has a very ugly soul... He should NOT be in the position in which role he has taken... it is evident by the experience in which I had with him last night, that he makes his employees feel extremely uncomfortable by his own actions, and the things that come out of his mouth, and being the fact that I'm a GUEST and had to also bear witness to the atrocities, I have reached out to corporate and have a mind to post the engagement on Instagram, where I'm verified!!! It baffles me that people behave in ways that seems to hold no accountability to their actions, but noting that there's only 28,000 plus individuals in this Valley, you'd think this person would have better customer service skills, and ways in which to interact with their customers to bring forth better experiences for all parties involved??? all it takes is one person to make a change that the community deserves, even if that means the business itself shuts down and another one takes its place... it's that easy... example; somebody could take a photo or video, post it online, and just that quickly, that business could lose one dollar, to 400 plus million in lost Revenue... so what makes you think that I'm not that voice???

If you're looking for Good food and fast, they have it. If you're looking for pleasant and courteous service, they have it. If you're looking for a pleasant and flowery atmosphere, they don't have it. The only bad thing I can share is the fact that they have for their drive-up window an AI available to take your order. I just had major surgery on my vocal cords so the AI could not understand a word I said where a live person was able to. Not to mention the AI is not programmed to understand other languages. In 29 palms they do get a number of visitors from out of the country. I think it Will be better as AI does improve.
Newly remodeled outside and the revamp in employees being hired or retrained has helped this place has gone up to 73% in my listParking: On the north side of hwy62 there is plenty of parking even for recreational vehicles
What is up with an AI at drive thru? Took order then had to park and wait. No thank you! Greedy corporations, no humans , I won't be going back. We'll raise our prices and get rid of our workers.

Ordered a 3rd lb. back angus with jalapeño burger received a small double burger that was like a Big Mac without the middle piece of bread. Also ordered onion rings , didn’t get them either. Did get an order of fries we didn’t order. We live I Morongo Valley so made the trip to some burger’s a Carl’s. Our mistake was trusting the crew and not double checking our order there and not at home. Disappointed, we also paid more for our order. Someone else got my burger, two strikes. You’re not batting a high average. Be warned.
