Been here a few times before and the staff is always nice and professional. Did go a little later this last time so it was kind of understandable about the food, but for the price some things could have been better.

The young man who served us was very helpful in determining how much we should order for two people. He made recommendations and then left it to us to decide. No pressure. Food was phenomenal, hot arrived in good time and oh so good!!

I ordered brisket that wasn't very good til i put the hottest bbq sauce on it and half of it was fat. Pulled pork was good we got a decent portion of that. We also ordered cornbread- didn't get it. My partner returned to the register and was charged for a piece of cornbread he shouldn't have had to get up to ask for. Not impressed with customer service. It was late.

Fast and friendly staff. Meat wasn't up to its usual high standards on my last visit. Hopefully it was a one time thing. But all else was good. Good staff here!

DO NOT RECOMMEND. We never received any of the sides or sauces that were supposed to come with our meals. Because of that, the meat was extremely dry. When I called to see if we could at least pick up the missing items—especially since our receipt clearly showed everything we ordered—the customer service was terrible. The person on the phone was rude and said they “couldn’t do anything about it.”

I wanted to write this review and I don’t typically write reviews very often. The review is mostly about the service. There was a young man named Chris that was assisting me and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I just needed to make sure I left him a good review. Honestly, the way he takes care of customers made me think that he was the actual owner of the place. Anyway, the food was great, the atmosphere was great, but Chris was awesome! I will definitely be back and he is by far an employee that really will bring in more customers down the road. Thanks, Chris! You’re a great dude

But, rule of thumb... If you can't make Mac n chz..🤦🏻♂️ sad
Long story short... Mac tasted like NASA, KFC, school lunch! Definitely not made in house!
