Last week I had visited this location on a Thursday I believe and this was during peak hours. The manager Melissa who also was our server was extremely patient and friendly all throughout our experience. Our son is autistic and tends to be a bit aggressive but she did not seem bothered by his behavior whatsoever and ensured that he would be receiving everything within a timely manner. She made him laugh multiple times and overall was just very communicative. Would highly recommend this establishment and would be returning myself if I lived within the area.

Food took over an hour for just a burrito, service with our waitress was great, her name was Kim and she did all she could for us, and one waitress even seemed like she was all over the place not knowing what she was doing. All while the manager was on the back cooking while the other cooks were walking around dumbfounded like zombies. Cups were dirty and we had to get them replaced. Just won’t be coming here again would rather go somewhere to enjoy our breakfast and not sit hungry.

The service was a little rocky, probably hit them on an off day or call outs. Neals didn’t come out together but it was rectified. I know IHOP adheres to some high standards and this time was not up to their par.

It took them forever to bring us just coffee. Then forever to take our order and I got the order and it was ice cold. One strip of bacon. Had a new breakfast made. What a joke. Food was warm, but they found a way to screw up eggs.

Up dating my review. Down grading from a 5 to 3. Food is ok; however, service has degraded. Set time was within 5 mins. Drink with 10 mins. It took an additional 20 mins before our order was taken and another 20 mins before our food was on the table. Food was warm, but not hot. Quality of food was good. We were planning on going to IHop with friends, but they told us they stopped going. We asked why and they said the service was horrible. So, we went on our own because that was not what we experienced during our last visit a number of months ago. They were right. Service had degraded. I like IHop, but I probably won't be going back to this one for awhile, until their service improves. I only noticed one server and two crew members in the kitchen area. Maybe staffing is an issue?
I’m not going to speak for the whole staff but the bleach blonde host is incredible rude. Gave me dirty looks and attitude because I asked if I’m able to eat at the restaurant. Then sat there and ignored me. Walked right out

Ask for eggs medium over came out not cooked all the way and french toast is not French toast it's large and not tasteful. Cinnamon roll like French toast. Food cool not hot. Even though it was not busy. Waitress was kind.

It takes a long time from ordering to serving. There are empty seats inside but people still have to queue. The coffee is just hot water with color. The service staff treat customers like machines, but they chat very enthusiastically among themselves.

Thank you Melissa for your cheerful greeting, professional manner, prompt taking of our order, and quick food service. Our breakfasts came quickly, were hot, and well prepared (we had some specific requests for each of our meals and these were done perfectly). Only Melissa and the cook on duty at opening and they did a great job with a large breakfast crowd.
