I have been to alot of IHOPs all across the nation and always enjoyed the food and portions. But this place here is like wow. Watery pancakes, literally a kids meal plate. Hashbrowns wasn't more than 1.5 hashbrowns. The steak bites I got were over $21 and they were absolutely disgusting. Sugar, sugar, sugar taste and low quality meat. I asked the table next to me that ate the same and they agreed. I mean, I paid $25 for a kids meal plate that tasted like crap. I usually don't write bad reviews like this one but hey. It's well deserved. Service was ok. It took also forever to get my food. I didn't even check the bathroom because I won't be back here unless they start offering fair sizes and quality food. Step up to the plate Yucca Valley IHOP.

I’ve been to many IHOPs from Santa Barbara to LA to Yucca Valley. This one is my favorite. Service is always friendly and food is cooked just how you want it. I live in Yucca Valley and I prefer coming here over the non chain restaurants. The place is also super clean, with tile not carpet.

Waited over halve an hour. Hash browns were burnt, pancakes were tiny, bacon was terrible and sausage was charbroiled to heck. Kelly was amazing great server and so patient.

My family and I took a little trip out to Yucca Valley this weekend, and decided to stop by for breakfast on our way back home. Boy, was it a great experience. Our server, Melissa was just fantastic. So many helpful staff members. Great team work from what we saw. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Yucca Valley IHOP staff, for making our morning pleasurable.
Slow service, dogs allowed in restaraunt (not a service dog) Dirty tables and floors. Drinks and food wait time was long. This is the 2nd time recently, we won't be back.

I was not happy with the way the pancakes,beacon and ham were cooked , the ham was chewy, the beacon wasn’t crispy and the pancakes were raw, no wonder they are losing customers
