Last week I had visited this location on a Thursday I believe and this was during peak hours. The manager Melissa who also was our server was extremely patient and friendly all throughout our experience. Our son is autistic and tends to be a bit aggressive but she did not seem bothered by his behavior whatsoever and ensured that he would be receiving everything within a timely manner. She made him laugh multiple times and overall was just very communicative. Would highly recommend...

Up dating my review. Down grading from a 5 to 3. Food is ok; however, service has degraded. Set time was within 5 mins. Drink with 10 mins. It took an additional 20 mins before our order was taken and another 20 mins before our food was on the table. Food was warm, but not hot. Quality of food was good. We were planning on going to IHop with friends, but they told us they stopped going. We asked why and they said the service was horrible. So, we went on our own because...

Thank you Melissa for your cheerful greeting, professional manner, prompt taking of our order, and quick food service. Our breakfasts came quickly, were hot, and well prepared (we had some specific requests for each of our meals and these were done perfectly). Only Melissa and the cook on duty at opening and they did a great job with a large breakfast crowd.
