Breakfast special $1 higher but still a good price. Used my reward points. Had enough reward points left for a drink. Unfortunately you can't use the remaining points for another item. Got a cup of hot tea. Surprised the cost was $4.46 or so. More then half the breakfast special. 🤔

I’ve been to many IHOPs from Santa Barbara to LA to Yucca Valley. This one is my favorite. Service is always friendly and food is cooked just how you want it. I live in Yucca Valley and I prefer coming here over the non chain restaurants. The place is also super clean, with tile not carpet.

My family and I took a little trip out to Yucca Valley this weekend, and decided to stop by for breakfast on our way back home. Boy, was it a great experience. Our server, Melissa was just fantastic. So many helpful staff members. Great team work from what we saw. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Yucca Valley IHOP staff, for making our morning pleasurable.
