Had a blast sampling with Fitz. Very welcoming place with great spirits. The Gin was my favorite, both neat and in a cocktail. Will definitely swing by to stock up when in town. Cheers!

Enjoyed the tasting and info they gave us on the process of how they make these good quality spirits. My favorite by far was the agave spirit which they made us a pretty good paloma.

This tasting far exceeded my expectations! The flavors are very unique, multi-layered and I loved them all. Super informative and entertaining tour given by multiple members of the staff. Definitely worth the visit!

Such a great experience! Was fun learning about the background of the distillery and learning about the different liquors. Karla was super informative, and Keith had great recommendations for places to visit in the area. Would recommend!

Top quality smooth liquor. My favourites were the Giant Rock Gin and Lost Horse Whiskey (both have won awards). The cocktails on site are also very good. Friendly staff. I highly recommend a visit 🍸🥃

Great tour and tasting! We’ve been on many wine and distillery tours across the world and genuinely felt like we learned more from our tour guide Heather than anywhere else. Their mezcel and gin were my personal favs!

Incredible distillery! Keith is the master distiller and very skilled. As a bourbon connoisseur this whiskey is the best I’ve ever had, it’s not cheap but if you’re looking for high end whiskey this is a steal for the price! It’s a must sample on the tasting menu!

Did a tasting and tour and was impressed with both. Each of the different drinks in the tasting was nice; both the straight alcohol and mixed drinks. We got a tour by Heather, who was super friendly during the tasting and very informative on the tour.

Best Distilling Company ever!

Had a wonderful experience here. Came for a visit on May 4th. Horrible with names but an amazing lady dressed up as princess Leia( may the 4th be with you) gave us an incredible tour of the place. Wish I had the pictures but I believe my gf has them. Small place, not too much to see, but she provided extensive knowledge of the whole process and what each piece of equipment does. Not to mention the amazing whiskey and other spirits. Will definitely be back when we visit town.

On top of that. Dog friendly!

Keith was amazing. We got the best education of our lives on how the distilling process works. He answered all questions we had and definitely has a passion for what he does. The tasting was great, unique, outstanding whiskey, gin, and vodka. We are big fans of gin and loved the unique blend he uses. We could not say enough about how fun this was!

Great afternoon chatting and sipping. We tried all the flights and everything was tasty.
