The service is very bad. The management is not training the team at all. The reason we keep going back is because of our kid, but not anymore.Everytime we use the drive thru. The order is wrong, we asked for half nuddles and half rice and is all rice, no napkins, chicken is not even cut right. Many times food is stale. Worst part I don't think anyone cares on that location.

Door very heavy and difficult to open. Angus Steak was good, but the chowmein was luke warm? A bit dry and rubbery. The cream cheese rangoon was ok, I could tell they had been sitting a while (instead of crisp the wrapper was a bit chewy). Service was very friendly and polite.

Everything good except the food.Salt is called the taste modifier for a reason. This place lacls salt in all of it's dishes. I've had Panda's food so many times that I remember the taste of each dish a lot but in this restaurant either the chef hates salt or they're out of salt. Otherwise no one would ever cook such bland dishes ever. This place let's down it's brands name.

This location sux!Always something, rude employees, no chopsticks, food not ready and so on...This time we ordered a family meal to go. To my surprise when I got home the teriyaki chicken box was half filled! WTH!? Then the beef and broccoli, where's the beef?Is really annoying to not get what you paid for, stingy company!!

Ordered a family meal and was faced with a variety of problems. Firstly, the name “Beef and Broccoli” is very misleading as there is little to no beef. What’s the point of handing it out if there’s a cheaper option of veggie greens that has essentially the same thing. Also, Teriyaki chicken was half filled. What’s the point of ordering a family meal if the food being distributed into the containers is not enough for a family? There is always a mistake in my order specifically at this place. Very inconsistent.
It’s panda express.. that’s the first thing to remember it’s fast food Chinese food definitely not real Chinese

Went in with a big group on a Sunday and there were a bunch of freshly cooked food to choose from, pretty typical Panda Express food. The place seems to be fairly new, that or it’s kept really clean. Restrooms are available for customers, no codes.
Are we asking for the fortune cookies now? Because I just got home, and there’s no fortune cookies for my wife and I. Also who doesn’t know what shoyu is? lol ? if you don’t know what I said, just ask me and no, I didn’t say sweet and sour… CLASSIC YUCCA

Went to panda last night; we were behind a large group( high school team) , and a few other people. The guy directly ahead of us was really nice or really smart- he let us go ahead of him.l, and He ended up getting his food before we did!!Someone directly behind us complained about the service they received, and the whole crew forgot about us and stood there listening to them instead of getting our order. They remade our order and made it wrong. I won't ever go there if it's busy, they are incapable of handling a large crowd. We did get an order of broccoli free( from the complainant 's order) , but it wasn't worth the wait.
