I never see anyone smile here. Also why does it take soooo long. I’ve been to hundreds of Starbucks and this one always has the longest wait time. Also why do they say your drink are ready on the mobile app when they really are not?

Awesome staff.There are lots of great drinks and treats.They just need to learn to mix coffee. When you put Creamer in the coffee, it should at least change the color. Stir it...They have great breakfast snacks.

Waited for a long time for my drink...slow service...terrible
If you want to receive the worst customer service, make sure Andrea takes your order. We were leaving Joshua tree, and decided to get our favorite beverage (which was still showing on the menu) from Starbucks. Andrea was immediately rude, condescending and unprofessional when I asked for the Gingerbread Chai latte. Not sure if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but her attitude was not warranted. We waited for 16 minutes for our drinks… meanwhile a handful of other people who ordered after us received their drinks and proceeded on about their day. It was apparent Andrea held our drinks from being made right away. Stunned by this type of customer service, we asked to speak with the manager. In speaking with him, he was trying to hold back laughter, but was able to display a smile. He even mentioned, “A 16 minute wait is our BEST.” Don’t go here!!

They seem to get overwhelmed quite quickly with orders. We were given the wrong order twice in a row and had to swing back through the drive through twice to get the correct order. I assume depending on the time of day you may experience better service. This was in the evening.
