Cold as a freezer inside. Had yo sit outside and the patio benches are all busted up and you can't get back in from patio door, you gotta go around to the front door to get a refill. And you can't order from a person. Everything is done by machine

This Taco Bell is lit. Good quality, cuz I’ve had some rank TBell before. Also I went to McDonald’s out here and paid $40 for some egg McMuffins. I ordered loads of food from here and it was $21. So that rules in my opinion

It's so overpriced now that you may as well go to a restaurant instead of spending around 40 bucks on 2 combos especially since they cut off all my old faves like spicy tostadas and verde sauce and ranch style dorrito tacos... now newest and most important loss is the nacho fries which were my very favorite thing! :(

The female employees were bullying me. I was missing a cheese cup from my order. It's not a big deal, I just asked nicely if I could have the item (I paid for) and they got three employees to intimidate me and said repeatedly that they didn't mess up my order. I don't know why it was such a big deal. I had proof, I had my granddaughter there to back me up and only then did they give it to me. Which they threw in the bag and it spilt everywhere when I got in my car. Never have I seen such stupidity over such a small mistake. I'll never eat here again.

Absolutely terrible service. The female workers forgot an item I paid for and they argued with me, I was even gonna offer they search my car that's how absolutely insane they were about a single item they forgot. Just because you screwed up and YOU think you put it in there doesn't mean it's magically gonna be in the bag. It's ridiculous. I never wanna come back.

Kiosk only? You FN kidding me? It takes forever on the kiosk. One question after another on the kiosk. You don't need my email address to order food.🤷 A guy enters after me and the lady at the front counter takes his order right away. Definitely not returning after this BS. Really dirty here too.

A woman with glasses, I assume was the manager was talking very loudly and disturbing the peace while also swearing a bit and just being kinda unprofessional. I was sitting and eating w my family and they all agreed she was too loud and being rude to her own staff. Also didn't take care of a long line of people (made them wait about 10-7-ish minutes to order) Definitely won't wanna eat inside again while she's working.
I odered my food through their app thinking it would be faster to get my food. I got there 10 minutes after I placed the order, and 2 employees working in the back made eye contact with me and both of them did not say a word to me. They kept talking having a conversation when they saw me there standing for 5 minutes, they did not acknowledge my presence they were more concern about their non related job conversation. After 8 minutes of waitting a female employee came from her break and she help me immediately after she saw me. The other 2 hispanic employee in the back were 1 male and a female, they both need to learn about customer service. Next time they see someone they need to say something like "someone would be with you shortly", and not just stand there and look at me like if I was bothering them.
