I knew this place existed but I was not aware how wonderful an outing here could be. If you want a classy place for a special date night, here you are. The vibes were perfect. You really got the sense that you were about to have a well crafted meal, some yummy cocktails and get to glimpse how life was like back in the 50s. The good parts. There was live music that sold the whole picture furthermore. Yes, the prices are higher than if you go for dinner at a chain restaurant, that can't be denied. But this is a place for a memorable meal. My husband and I are planning to celebrate our 1 year anniversary here. We think it would be the perfect way to celebrate! Very much recommend stopping here!

The spinach dip and marinated cucumbers are really good! The cheeseburger had good flavor, but was pretty small and came with no sides for $18. Prices are a bit high in my opinion. A side of fries is $8, so a burger and fries would have been $26. They also wouldn’t add bacon or anything to the burger. I got the gluten free version of the chicken cutlet which was very good as well. A much bigger portion with the salad on top, but still a bit pricey at $30. $3 for a can of coke is also a bit ridiculous. Overall the food is good, but the prices don’t seem worth it.

Do not skip the chicken cutlet, an elite menu item and a clear standout. It’s the kind of dish that proves restraint and precision beat excess every time. That same philosophy carries through the bar program: premium ingredients, classic technique, zero shortcuts. When’s the last time your martini came with a sidecar of olive juice? Exactly.
They spare no expense here, not in the space, not in the food, and not in the drinks. If you’re looking for old-school hospitality, real history, and genuinely high vibrations in the desert, this is your zone.

Great vibe, some of the best tofu spring rolls I’ve had, wish the green goddess salad didn’t have anchovies in the dressing as a Vegitarian. Homemade ginger beer was unreal as well.

Vibe is like an old steak house from the 80s, that was opened in the 60s or 70s. Its like I’ve been transported back in time, to when I would get taken to places like this by my grandparents. But now in some weird (and cruel) trick I am their age.
The staff are friendly and Michael is very good at his job.
The food is decent, probably not worth the price, but you wouldn’t send it back.
The bill on the other hand, annoyed me. Please inform me if I’m wrong. But the bill says -
“The Copper Room supports its team with medical benefits for full and part-time employees and a competitive living wage for all staff. We include a 4% restaurant fee on all checks. Which is retained by the restaurant and is not a surcharge, tip or gratuity.”
So they tell us they are doing great things for the staff, love it - but then charge us. So you aren’t doing those things. We are. It should be re-worded to say - “We aren’t willing to pay our staff well and give them medical, so we’re going to add a tax to your bill so you can and we’ll take credit for it.”
The ambiance, the staff, and band on New Year's Eve were fantastic. Thanks for a beautiful night and the birthday cheesecake!

You definitely need a reservation on Saturday. The service was very friendly. We got a free dessert because it was our anniversary!
