Disappointing Experience – Style Over Substance
This place seems more focused on appealing to an out-of-town, trendy crowd (think L.A., San Diego, Scottsdale) than actually providing good service or quality food. The staff came off as aloof and entitled, with little understanding of what good customer service looks like. A bit of humility and attentiveness would go a long way—especially in hospitality.

I have been to the Tiny Pony several times over the last year. The food has always been good. Service is normally very good. It is not inexpensive, however the menu selections are unique and elevated and not just typical. The burgers are amazing and you can customize toppings.
