Good local bar. I saw on instagram that its 50% off burger night on Mondays. The staff is friendly. Vegan burger was hot tasty and filling. They also have vegan sauces for the fries which is very appreciated.

It's a novelty place, they overcharge because they can. For all of yucca and downtown joshua tree all these places do this and that's fine for them but for 16 bucks for loaded fries is ridiculous to just get a handful of fries. Or a 16 dollar burger that is very small for the price with no fries or another side choice offered. A side of fries with that burger is 8 dollars but all the portions are tiny very handful size food. The food isnt anything new for people just average american food that can be made at home, expected more for the prices. We had a great server, just for the prices it's not worth it. Piece of advice for visitors, palm springs has better food and service and it's about a half hour away, we rather take our business there. This place like other places in this downtown JT area, it's not that special. Tony pony=tiny portion

Love love love. Such satisfying food. Clever and tasty pretzel bites with queso, delicious house veggie burger (a rarity these days) and spot on fries. Prompt and sweet service, cute merch, lively space. Will happily come through again next time we're here!

We came in on a Friday with our small dog, went to the outdoor patio ordered fries, pretzel bites. We could tell right away the food was going to be good, but man- the duck nacho’s were exceptional, my boar sloppy Joe was messy and amazing(the sage was magical).

Update- my wife just exclaimed the duck nacho’s were the best she has ever had in her life.

If you’re a local you’re lucky- if you’re traveling through make a stop. It’s worth it!

After a long day in Joshua Tree, this is a cool spot to stop after exiting. This is a no frills, hometown type bar with better than average bar food and cold drinks.

Let’s be clear… the food was good and service really tried.

Otherwise, this place is nothing special. Waiting for a table is confusing at best. The server was really polite and kind. Once ordered, it took almost 1.5 hours to get our food. Understand they were busy, but that wait is just wild for burgers.

Experience was overall good, but just be very conscious that they cannot support busy periods.

Manager and servers were very kind and working very hard! Definitely kitchen staff’s first day in the kitchen, if not first day on earth.

The waitress told us that “she can’t help us” when we tried to sit down and order food. She then proceeded to help all other tables around us. Another POC group later came and they were also ignored. We ordered food and drink at the bar and they wouldn’t let us close out our tab.

The yucca fries, burger and chicken sandwich are out of this world!! Definitely recommend coming here after a hiking day.
