“Have come through Salida multiple times and this is our first time stopping at Topo. Needless to say, I’m bummed we didn’t discover it sooner. Simply a lovely spot. Coffee is great. Cortado was wonderful. Breakfast burrito was super good. And - I ordered a bagel with cream cheeses and I was so pleased they put a (generous) amount of cream cheese on for you. I’m so used to coffee houses handing you a small cup of super cold cream cheeses to put on yourself with a plastic knife and having them do it this was was such an unexpected surprise. Awesome vibes inside and great place to enjoy your food. Can’t wait to make this a regular spot. Thank you!“
