I dined at Falcon Club during a seminar. The Mexican buffet was ok. Nothing special. The staff is friendly and attentive. This is a military officers club. The atmosphere is appropriate for the facility.
A nice place to have lunch when visiting the US Air Force AcademyThis is located on the United States Air Force Academy Grounds. It is on the north side of Academy drive but to the southeast side of the Academy classrooms and student housing. It is billed as a place for special events and is well suited for that. We took our friends and grandkids to Easter Brunch here. We all really enjoyed the food. The buffet included a great selection including king crab legs, salmon, prime rib, and lamb. The service was really good too. They brought us our drinks really quick and cleared off the used plates frequently. It was well worth the cost.
