We stopped by your food truck at the arts and crafts show in Monument and ordered two gyros—and they were absolutely amazing! They were packed with flavor, made with fresh ingredients, and served on soft, delicious bread. Honestly, they were so good I could have eaten five of them!

This was not cheap food but was so worth it!!
I had the falafel salad and it was the best falafel I’ve ever had.
I’m not a big fan of falafel either and I seriously can’t stop thinking about it!
The tahini sauce was delicious and the salad dressing was super flavorful.
The lady (Lucy?) that took my order and made the food was very kind and personable.
I don’t give five star reviews lightly.
