We stopped by your food truck at the arts and crafts show in Monument and ordered two gyros—and they were absolutely amazing! They were packed with flavor, made with fresh ingredients, and served on soft, delicious bread. Honestly, they were so good I could have eaten five of them!
The staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly, making the whole experience even better. It's easy to see the love and care that goes into every meal. “We're visiting extended family at Monument Lake. Rosie's diner is an exceptional hometown dining place. The breakfast burrito that you see was enormous, the vegetable plate I'm told was excellent and the classic egg breakfast was excellent! Isabel was our server and she is quite a character as you can see. Check this place out!“

“The service from Aiden was superb. He knew his menu and answered any questions we had. He was attentive to all of his tables, keeping drinks filled and inquiring if we needed refills on soup/salad and breadsticks. The food was very good. The pasta could use more sauce as it was a little dry, until Aiden brought out extra sauce to all of us. We truly appreciate his first rate service and representing the business well.“

“I cannot believe I haven't been here sooner! Cute seating inside, convenient grab and go containers set-up. Wonderful selection of different chicken salads. Very friendly and they offered us to be able to sample any of the salads. I got the jalapeno and it was fantastic! I tried another one and that was also delicious. I also happened to be very lucky and went on customer appreciation day so I got a free scoop of their classic to-go, I'm eating it for lunch the next day and it is fantastic! I'll definitely be stopping in again soon to try more yummy options.“

“Build your plate. I had brisket, hot links, okra and fries. This is the best restaurant okra I’ve ever had. Being from Mississippi, I know fried okra. The fries and okra are prepared as they are ordered and are served fresh and hot. The fries are nice and firm, not mealy at all. The brisket was good and the hot links too. Portions are generous. The staff is great and the place is clean. I will definitely be back. You can’t miss with this place.“

“This was the first time trying Vitality Bowl. We both got the Vitality acai Bowl. The acai was a little different than I am used to. Maybe more of a frozen texture and not as sweet as I've had at different places before. It was still very good and I definitely know we will come back again. The fruit and other toppings all tasted very fresh. The service was great and the atmosphere was relaxing (couch and fireplace). I look forward to exploring their other menu items.“

“I have worked here for a couple months now. I have to say they are an amazing company with great food. They have the best chicken noodle soup (I’m sorry Campbell’s). I absolutely love the management and how they treat our customers. Even as an employee, I clock in to forget the stress of college and have a good time making food and serving customers. She was so understanding and sweet and absolutely took care of my order and made it right. She truly made my night!“
