I go in once in awhile to this place, usually when I go in the cashier's are rude and not very friendly even the manager. the last 2 times I've gone there, there was an older lady at the drive thru she was nice I had my dog with me and she gave him a little treat. I went inside last week there was a girl her name was Lauryn, she was very nice and friendly. Arbys should give props to employees like these makes a customer's experience great and want to come back.
Used to treat my daughters once a week to Arby's. then my credit card got demagnetized.
"Sorry, the Steelie on my phone wiped my card. Chip reader works tho."
