This place wasn't very good, their food was very salty. I had breakfast that came with ground beef enchiladas and it was weird. Their green chili wasn't very tasty,

Worst service. Waited 40 minutes for an omlette. Won't be back to this place
We wanted to try this place as we were passing through Alamosa based on the good reviews. Sadly, we didn’t get to eat here so I can’t personally rate the food but I can tell you about the service! It was TERRIBLE! We sat ourselves as instructed by the sign at the front. Waited 20 minutes, without the server acknowledging us as she kept passing our table. Another couple walked in 20 minutes later, were greeted with a friendly smile and given menus. We got up and walked out. Pretty sure you can’t eat here is you’re white! lol Worked out perfect though because I wouldn’t want to give them a penny!!

So I placed a to go order for country fried steak because the pictures on google looked good. Got there and the cashier was rushing around trying to get peoples order out when there was three other people in front of me. My country fried steak didn’t come with gravy like the picture, potatoes are unseasoned and no jelly with my toast. For the meal being $11.50 and me paying $15.00 all together I expected more and I am very dissatisfied.

Loved this small town restaurant! The food was delicious and more than filling. Our server was wonderful and super sweet. Felt cozy like I was in my abuelitas house eating the best homemade food. Highly recommend the huevos rancheros!

Their food is always on point. I love the homemade papas. I get it every time with anything I get. Service is fantastic. They’re always very busy so you might have to wait a little bit so it’s OK to be patient. You will not be disappointed. Cozy cafe with a home cooked appeal. Love it.

We just stopped by and had a wonderful lunch on our way through town. Definitely an intimate family atmosphere. You could taste how fresh the ingredients were. I would recommend the guacamole. If you have a chance to stop by we couldn't recommend enough.
