Wow! I ate lunch there today. A chicken burrito smothered with green chile pork and red chile pork sauce. With a bit of sourcream and guacamole. I have lived in the SLV since 1978 and I have NEVER had such an amazing Mexican meal. The sauces were savory with subtle hits of spices. I would call them gourmet...probably more like what you get in Mexico. I am REALLY impressed! Service was excellent. I wish you well in your new business. this was some of the best mexican food I have had in the valley in a very long time!!!! definitely recommend the Molcajete and the guacamole salad!!!! we will definitely be back!!!!

The coronarita is a perfect drink to enjoy, and the michelada has also received praise. Though parking is limited, Lindo Jalisco is known for its incredible catering services, having successfully catered events even at remote locations. It remains one of the best Mexican restaurants in the valley, with great food and astounding staff.
