Everything we had was delicious. It’s hard to find an authentic and delicious red sauce and they for sure have it! Loved it so much we drove back out of our way just to eat here one more time before our vacation was over. Fantastic and welcoming family!

Been home two weeks and still thinking about my taco salad from this place daily.

This may have been the best food of our whole 2-week journey. I had the cheese and onions enchiladas with the red hatch chili sauce. It was so good. My husband had a chicken burrito. And we shared a sopapilla at the end. The waiter was so nice.

Anthony and his family were charming and the food was delicious. We got the nachos and some sopapillas- it was the perfect amount and so delicious I wanted to lick the plate.

We are passing through and stopped off here on the way to the KOA. Absolutely everything was delicious. Our server was incredibly kind, attentive, and patient. We had a BLT, Indian taco, milanesa, hamburger, cheeseburger, and a honey sopaipilla. The burgers were cooked perfectly! The Indian taco was incredible and I kept asking my husband for another bite of his. The milanesa was top notch. The sopaipillas were the BEST. The dough was warm and absolutely incredible!!! If we come back to the great sand dunes in warmer months, we will absolutely come back here! 10/10 recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Do not recommend. Really, really wonderful wait staff do I feel bad leaving a bad review , but I dont understand how this place had such good ratings. Food was incredibly bland. I got the impression it was a tex/mex place and there weren't great options on the menu. My husband said his burger tasted like white castle burger with cheese. I am not familar with that but it tasted like a plain fast food burger, no seasoning, nothing special. The chicken on my chicken burrito wasn't seasoned at all. Reminded me of chicken in a can and the onions they add did nothing. The green chilie just seemed like rotel dumped out of a can.The chips and salsa they bring out didn't have warmed up chips like most resturants, which I know is being critical but I feel like you could heat them up a bit. Very disappointed based on reviews. Place is in definate need of an upgrade chair and table wise, which could be forgiven if the food was good, but this was really, really bad. Again, nice customer service but bad, bad food.

First time here and their Mexican food was amazing. It’s hard to find true Mexican food, but this place did not disappoint. We had the Indian fried taco, which had some of the best red chili I’ve had in a long while. Definitely recommend. The stuffed sopapilla was also good. I also ended up ordering extra items so I could try their other red chili on the enchiladas. That red chili was also amazing. The server was great too and had great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

Super friendly staff, food was delicious. We were traveling home, blew a tire and were in a bind. They really helped us out and with such kindness. The fact that the food was amazing was a bonus!
