Rock Creek Tavern & Pizzeria offers delicious food worth waiting for, with friendly staff and a fantastic pizza selection. Located in a beautiful setting, the restaurant serves excellent steak sandwiches and pork chops. The appetizers are phenomenal, with fries, brussel sprouts, and crab stuffed mushroom being delicious and fantastic. The pizza is awesome, made fresh. The woman who runs the place makes her own hard lemonade, and the alcohol selection is good. Hamburgers and pizza were great, and French fries most excellent. The owner can give you the history of this 100 year old tavern. It is a must-visit spot for a satisfying meal in the mountains.
