“Oh my!! We are local and had to see what the fuss was all about. The Bristlecone Bake Shop had us at the first delicious whiff and bite. We went a little crazy. We got croissants, egg/feta/tomato jam/arugula danish, cinnamon roll, olive oil-sea salt focaccia, and sourdough bread. HIGHLY, highly recommend!!! Maggie (the owner and head baker) was so friendly and welcoming (as were her staff). It will be our pleasure to frequent this awesome business. Thanks for doing what you do!!”

“Was in town early on a Sat. morning dropping my hubby off for a race. Stopped by at 6:49am not realizing they opened at 7. Was walking back to my car when the gentleman came out and told me he could take care of us. So glad he did because my oat milk mocha was delightful! “One of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever eaten at-and we eat at a lot of them. We had lunch here on a whim, and wow - great food. My husband had the chimichanga and I had green chili pork. The meat was melt in your mouth tender and the spices a perfect balance of heat and subtle flavor. We definitely want to come back for dinner!”
