“Good food in a popular area. Price is to be expected for a resort town. I was surprised at the food variety. The burgers where good. Tater tots are ok. Staff was awesome! Great beer selection. They do have a kids menu.”
“The pizza is good. It’s definitely the best pizza in this area. It’s obviously very convenient when you’re done skiing/snowboarding. Honestly the best part is there’s variety. The meatballs as an appetizer is good. They have salads. The kids portion is the same as the adult portion. Single portion is two big slices of pizza. So really the value spring decent, considering it’s in a resort area. The staff is crazy friendly. They were great with the kid.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu with a few different options. The kids pizza is two giant pieces. If you’re too small kids, I would get one and split it between the two.”
“The Baker puts his heart into every pizza that is made here... and it really makes the difference. Perfect lunch hour during a full day of skiing. Most homey atmosphere in River run.”
“A delicious treat after a long day of skiing. Quick service. Warm crepe with tons of fresh fruit inside. Love that it’s a window outside for a quick on-the-go snack for the trek home. Definitely recommend! I got the fruit crepe with strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries…so so good.”
“Amazing food, amazing service. Best porterhouse steak I have ever had. Waiter was very nice and insightful about local history. Loved it and will be back!Kid-friendliness: Kid menu and patient staff.”
“We had the Spicy peanut noodles and apple Bowl. The Poke bowl was very good and would order again. The noodles were ok with chicken, noodles and lots of sauce and it is pretty spicy. I would look at others options if returning there.”
“Nothing says "local ski town watering hole" than what I was fortunate enough to stumble upon while in Keystone. Awesome pizza choices (my wife is vegan and my brother-in-law is gluten free and there were great options for them as well). However, nothing beats a great big pepperoni pizza and this place delivered. All the right vibes with this place. Can't wait to go back.”
“The new Steilhang Hut at A-basin which opened for the 2022-23 season at the top of Lenawee. A must stop when you're hankering for a mid-day weiner on the slopes.”
“I did have the time to stop and have a meal however I got my food to go. The customer service was awesome and the wait wasn't long around 15mins. The food slaps and the wings was great. I ordered enchiladas and wings.Kid-friendliness: There were a lot of families dining with children.”
“Nice little local place with order at the counter and cozy seating. Menu is small. Some breakfast options and panini’s. Had the French toast. It was fine. Husband had a sandwich. He said it was good. They do have a kids menu. Get the hot chocolate. Comes with whipped cream and an Oreo!”
“This place was a pleasant surprise, but be warned it's not Japanese food.I was honestly pretty worried the first time I entered the place from its inconsistency in aesthetic and food, but after ordering the chicken bowl and some of the bao I'm happy to say it's the best food I've eaten at keystone. Granted it's still at ski resort prices, but I can't complain too much about that. They have a decent variety of sake and cocktails as well.”
“The server was super nice. The food was great. I do recommend splitting the chicken Alfredo because you get a lot. The OG pizza had a lot of pepperoni personally but tasted amazing.”
“First timers.Didn't make reservations. (Oops) So, no way we were sitting on the fancy side. Looked really nice through: truly. But we easily found space at the saloon bar. More our style anyway. It looked like, sounded like, and "felt" like a proper saloon, and, was being attended to by friendly, smart, quick moving bar tenders! Had a nice evening. Thank you Snake river saloon!”
“Amazing staff! We stayed in the River Run Dakota Lodge which had a heated pool for the kids and hot tubs for the adults. It was a quick 5 min walk to the gondola, groceries, and restaurants. Kids 2-day, full-day ski school was effective and gave parents time to ski.”
“This place is a gem! Nothing better than a warm empanada before or after the slopes! They have quite the variety and even have a breakfast option. Also, get the sauce!”
