Kris was great and the food was delicious!
Wow, wow, wow....Breckenridge has some good dining, and while we have not tried all of them...we might not have to as #BlueRiverBistro has captured my taste buds! This is an excellent restaurant one of the only mountain ski resort restaurants that offers #Paella. If you have never tried this culinary contribution from Spain, that is made with seafood, sausage, shrimp, chicken, and saffron rice...well you need to try it and there is no better place to do so than right here in Breckenridge....read full review
