Rootstalk in Breckenridge is hands down the best restaurant in town. Among all the high-end places we tried, Rootstalk stood out with its innovative recipes and the best French onion soup I’ve ever tasted. Their cocktail, the Ultraviolet, was absolutely incredible. The service was impeccable, and the heritage building has been renovated charmingly, blending old-world allure with a modern twist. Highly recommend!
Rootstalk Breckenridge is an absolute gem nestled in the heart of the Rockies. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with warm ambiance in this historic building and impeccable service. This might have been the best meal of my life. And I don't say that lightly. I had the spring tasting menu and everything was absolutely perfect. Every course was an amazing mix of flavors and textures that were a new combination. The only course that stand out like the others was only was the steak course, and even that was very good. The service and atmosphere were also perfect. I wish I could give this restaurant more than 5 stars.
