“Wow, wow, wow....Breckenridge has some good dining, and while we have not tried all of them...we might not have to as #BlueRiverBistro has captured my taste buds! This is an excellent restaurant one of the only mountain ski resort restaurants that offers #Paella. If you have never tried this culinary contribution from Spain, that is made with seafood, sausage, shrimp, chicken, and saffron rice...well you need to try it and there is no better place to do so than right here in Breckenridge. Oh yes, they have other amazing dishes for you to try...but make sure you have a reservation! #LiveRemarkably 10-13-26 we returned for our wedding anniversary dinner, and OMG. Still one of. The best meal experiences we've ever had. Thank you Blue River Bistro for another 5-star experience. My only complaint is...bring back the Paella!!!!!“

“We had breakfast here and the food was fantastic. Great portions, really veggie forward and heavy on the foods with veggies (even the matzah ball soup was chock full of carrots) and the kid’s fruit and yogurt bowl was incredibly full of fruit. The latkes were some of the best I’ve ever had. The harvest omelet was everything and more. Would highly recommend!“
“Best $25 I’ve spent on a tour. Coming from having done several Kentucky distillery tours, the price point made me skeptical, but the value blew me away. You taste more than $25 in great whiskey alone, but Lucas made the entire visit. He knew the answer to every question and went above and beyond to keep the whole group safe and comfortable. “The food here is the best restaurant on the mountain. The upstairs noodle bowl is delicious. If you are expecting it to be traditional ramen, you may be left confused or disappointed. It's a wonderful hodgepodge of different Asian styles. The broth is more of a Vietnamese pho broth, plenty of veggies and 3 proteins to choose from, and the noodles themselves are an attempt at ramen noodle. They are a little too soft, but still make for a scrumptious lunch nonetheless.“
