“My husband and I visited The Columbine Cafe in Breckenridge last weekend. We loved the cozy inviting atmosphere. It reminded me of some of our local eateries in Kansas. The service was great even though they were busy. The food was great as well and the cost was very reasonable. I got the reuben and my husband got chicken fried steak. We will visit again in the future!“

“Courteous waiter approached us as soon as we walked in the door. Drinks delivered within two minutes (we never ran out). Table of 4 each ordered something different and we all commented on how excellent the food and service was. We are visiting from Texas and for sure will be back before we head for home! “Delicious! The food was fresh, and so flavorful. My husband and son said it was one of the best Philly cheesesteaks they have ever had. The salmon sandwich with garlic aioli was perfectly prepared. We loved sitting on the rooftop. Beautiful view!“

“If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. This is legitimately some of the best food I've ever had, and it's wildly inexpensive. My wife and I spent less here than we do at fastfood places DQ, Taco Bell, or Chick-fil-a. Truly, one of the best restaurants ever. If I could bring it back to Indiana with me, I would.

“Happened to get a break in the mountain weather and head up to Breckenridge. We asked a local police officer where a good Mexican food place was, we were pointed to Mi Casa and it was amazing! Large portions , fresh , delicious, and great service . They take the time to do it right and feed you well .“

“Everything was great pho and gyoza. The only issue I have is that they don’t tell you about the service fee just for eating there. If I’m ever back in town I will not visit again.“
