Columbine Café Reviews
My husband and I visited The Columbine Cafe in Breckenridge last weekend. We loved the cozy inviting atmosphere. It reminded me of some of our local eateries in Kansas. The service was great even though they were busy. The food was great as well and the cost was very reasonable. I got the reuben and my husband got chicken fried steak. We will visit again in the future!
The best place in Breckinridge for breakfast. We make a point in eating there every time we’re in town. Excellent food and the staff is always friendly.
We had good time as we had family came for 2 days short trip.. we got in very quick and our server Veronica made the best of it with her beautiful smile and hospitality…

Columbine Café is a cozy little restaurant located to the right of Downstairs at Eric's, towards the back. The food is consistently good, with popular dishes including the hangover burrito, CBH scramble, and Benedict. The flavored coffee is also very popular, with customers saying it’s a hit. The cafe has a great waitlist system and turns tables quickly, but visitors are never rushed. The atmosphere is cozy and busy, making it perfect for a relaxing meal with family and friends. Many customers find the food delicious and satisfying, with giant delicious pancakes, omelettes, and the steak Benedict being popular choices. The staff is friendly and efficient, ensuring that orders are taken and served promptly. Although prices may be on the higher side for some, the overall experience and quality of food make it worth a visit. The gluten free bread is highly praised by those with gluten sensitivities, and the hot chocolate is considered one of the best in Breckenridge. Columbine Café is a favorite spot for breakfast and casual dining in the area, known for its comfortable atmosphere and hearty meals.
