Columbine Café is a quaint little restaurant located to the right of Downstairs at Eric's, towards the back. The food is consistently spot on, with popular dishes including the hangover burrito, CBH scramble, and Benedict. The flavored coffee is also a hit. While the service can be hit or miss, with some staff members being dry, the food is always worth the wait. The cafe has a great waitlist system and turns tables quickly, but never rushes the visit. With a cozy atmosphere and delicious food, Columbine Café is a great spot to visit, despite the prices being on the higher side for some.
