Oh my - this was as delightful surprise. I thought I had jerky before, but it's incomparable to what I enjoyed at Climax Jerky. After I tried it I was blown away - I might have guessed that it would cost twice as much since its clear Climax uses some great cuts of meat and the best ingredients. Next time, I'm going for the smoked elk and some teriyaki beef, and recommend it to you as well.Cheers!
Was visiting family and we went to Vail for an evening so my niece and nephew could continue their skiing education and so my brother, 3 year old niece and I were walking both Lion's Head and Vail Village when we spotted the Holiday market where small vendors set up small areas to show off their wares. We walked by the jerky spot and my brother (who doesn't eat red meat) said he was a big fan of salmon jerky. I like jerky in general- so we made a note to pop over here after lunch....read full review
