We were walking on Main Street and found this local gem with samples and thought why not get the rare ones!
They do give military discount. Surprised they have uncurred jerky which I got. Service was great and perfect area to try and nibble healthy home made jerky in a beautiful place.

Had the chance to sample lots of options with one of the founders/owners, Brooke, before we narrowed down our pick. Opt to buy your jerky here and support a truly local business! Happy to know they ship so we can still get it when we’re back in FL.
Had such an incredible experience with Brooke at the Blues Brews and BBQ festival pop-up tent! The jerky tasted amazing, and Brooke had phenomenal customer service! Great variety of meat and flavors! Will definitely be checking out the main store and purchasing again!

Climax Jerky offers a great variety of meat and flavors with amazing quality. Customers praise the smoked elk and the friendly service provided. While slightly expensive, the quality is worth it. They have a pop-up tent at events like the Blues Brews and BBQ festival, and also sell at the edge of Lake County for a slightly cheaper option on weekends. A must-visit for jerky lovers!
