The service was fantastic. My husband ordered the rib eye. I was a good cut and cooked to perfection. i ordered the pork chop. it was the best pork chop I've ever had. Highly recommend this spot!
Had a wonderful meal at the Briar Rose Chophouse & Saloon. The Beet salad was a starter which was great. We choose to have family style and share the Bison Filet’s, CO Lamb Chops and the ribeye. Very amazed by the tenderness of the Bison and lamb chops. The Side of Brussel sprouts finished off our meal. No room for dessert as we were stuffed from the meal.
