I had the Honey Salmon Dish. It was quite delicious, flavor was amazing. I was a little disappointed in a slightly overcooked fish, but it was tasty none the less! The atmosphere was pleasant and the service very quick and friendly. My buddy had the beef stroganoff and also mentioned it was delicious. Great place for a tasty bite in Breckenridge!

We came here with a mild hesitation with the 4.2 rating. However once we looked at the food photos, we decided it was worth the try, and boy did it pay off! Food and drinks were stellar. We were a group of 8 and we were seated immediately. A variety of food and drink alterations were needed for dietary reasons and all were accommodated. Our waitress Emma in particular was an outstanding star! 5!!!!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns, meat alternatives for burgers

I always enjoy coming to Blue Stag when we’re in Breckenridge. If you come for dinner, you can expect a wait. Ours was much shorter than quoted though so don’t be discouraged. The food here is pretty good! I loved my short rib dinner though my husband wasn’t impressed by the appetizers (wings) or his Venison meatloaf. The atmosphere is lovely but can be a bit cramped. All in all worth a try!
