“We stopped here yesterday while driving through Breck as I was craving pizza. Tin Plate came up as highly recommended on various sites, so we stopped and I’m so glad we did! Service, atmosphere, and food were perfection! Our server was the best as well. Make sure you try the 9 year sourdough. You won’t regret it!“

“We hosted a dinner at Fattys in their upstairs private space following our small wedding ceremony. 10/10 on everything - the food, the atmosphere, customer service - everything was top notch. So good that we had to stop in for one last dinner before leaving Breckenridge. Margo helped us plan the private event and went above and beyond. “Really enjoyed the food here! The baked Eric’s Special Buffalo Wings were amazing and definitely a must-try. The Margherita pizza good too. Loved pairing everything with a hot chocolate, and they have plenty of beer options too.

The service was pretty good, and the place has a lively, bustling atmosphere. A great spot to hang out with friends, enjoy some good food, and have a few drinks. Would definitely visit again!“

“The rainbow trout was so good we came back two night's in a row for it! My husband and I were staying in Fairplay and found ourselves hungry while driving through Breckenridge and the patio at the Blue Stag looked inviting. A quick menu search online indicated we could find various gluten free options so we decided to give it a try and to say we were pleasantly surprised is an understatement. We ordered the rainbow trout (which we were told was new on the menu as of that day) as well as the butternut squash tamales. The trout was perfection. The fish itself, delicious, the sweetness of the snap peas pairs beautifully with the umami of the lobster miso broth. And the charred asparagus rounds everything out. Truly such a cohesive melange of flavors. So good we immediately knew we'd be coming back again the next day for it. The butternut squash tamales were also quite lovely. We especially loved the jalapeño honey glazed carrots. On our second visit we ordered the same trout (still just as delicious) and I tried the elk stroganoff which I was told was recently reconceptualized. I can't speak to how it compares to the previous iteration since I never tried it, but the one I had last night was delicious with hearty chunks of elk meat and a wonderfully flavorful sauce. Would definitely order again if we were staying in town and could visit a third time. Beyond what we ate, I loved that they had plenty of gluten free options for the burgers and pizzas, as well as vegetarian and vegan mods for many of the dishes. Staff was super friendly. The manager came by to chat for a bit and you could tell he was excited for the recent changes to the menu and for some upgrades they've done to the patio. Overall a great experience and would definitely come back again.“

“They had wonderful fresh pizza, and there were no problems with the food. Although there were mostly adults because they have a bar, other than that it was a pretty normal experience. I would say that the seating inside was a little small and finding parking was difficult, but I would say it’s worth it for the food. For someone that doesn’t often enjoy pizza, I would say that theirs is fantastic. Definitely worth trying.“

“Looking for our first dinner in town and found this neighborhood gem away from the downtown bustle and close to our hotel. Cozy inside on this rainy evening with some mellow guitar music to enjoy while we savored a couple of beers and shared an absolutely delicious plant-based sausage marinara linguine with yummy, crisp house salad and crostini. Our server Juan was the best, too! Happy hour here is on our radar next. Highly recommend.“
