“The second year in a row to visit Whiskey Star and both times it did not disappoint. It is by far the best barbecue that I've had in Colorado. The smoked brisket was tender, moist and had great flavor. It is the kind that needs no sauce because it's just that good. I also had the cream corn as a side and It was outstanding. The bartenders provided attentive service, were helpful with an allergy, and handled some obvious annoyances with stride and a smile. Way less snarky than I would've been in their place.
