He had been visiting the Dark horse for decades, since 1975! We are all sad to see this staple of Boulder life leave the community. “My wife and I stopped in after hearing about this place and our experience was exceptional. Our server Kiersey (not sure how to spell her name) was fantastic. She knew the food and beers well and gave us solid direction on items, as well as was patient with our questions. Both of us loved our food! The club burger was top notch and my wife loved her fish tacos. Beer selection is good too. Cool fun ambiance with tv's and a patio. We own a brewery/restaurant so we are tough customers. Definitely recommend this place!“

This is a Mexican food spot, but they do really good wings. They toss them double sauce. Even better. The wings and all our beer will be much cheaper than anything in the area. Nice job guys!
Also wanted to mention. What ever sauce they are using is great!
It’s not Frank’s. It’s an easy going slow burn. My Thai wife loves it cause she loves levels of spicy not safe for most men.
I’m American, so I like the spice, but not the heaviest. This is really well balanced!“
