We were recommended to the location by Flatirons mall and had lunch there. The owners were very involved in the service from hosting to waiting the table. The food was beautifully plated and the restaurant was very clean. You can tell they take pride in every aspect of your dining experience. We will definitely be returning. Loved the green chili, salsa, sopapillas and entree's. Servers were very attentive and we just really enjoyed the experience!
Really, truly exceptional Mexican food here, with one little star missing for the rice, and imo, the lighting/dark aesthetic but thats just me being picky haha. Hopefully they take advantage of this darker vibe when Halloween comes and they go all out for Dia de Los Muertos. Personally if it was my franchise, I'd start hiring now for seasonal and temps, advertise seasonal drink specials and dishes, and absolutely rake in the dough for the holidays. We started coming here a while back, and the food is always amazing! Unfortunately, after some of our favorite people stopped working at this location, the service was subpar. But tonight all of that changed when we gave El Tapatio another chance and Pablo; surprisingly on his first day, provided amazing service! We will definitely keep coming back in the future and look forward to eating here again!
