“Grayson was so helpful and patient! I ordered over the phone and bombarded them with questions. The owner Casey was very kind as well. BEST DEEP DISH PIZZA IN BOULDER! The turbo crust is absolutely banging. Delivery is only $5 and they always have promotions going. I would give 10 gold stars if I could. I would have posted a picture of the pizza but I scarfed it down so heres a picture of the box!

“Got their lunch combo! A slice of my favorite, the Spicy Pig & a Caesar salad w/sparkling Pelegrino in a glass bottle. The slices are huge. The slice I got was a nice thin crust w/lots of spicy sausage & pepperoni. It had the right level of spice, cheese, & oil. The Caesar has a nice dressing. Convenient location. It’s easy to park. The staff is kind! The bathroom is clean. Open kitchen to see them put the pizzas in. I highly recommend them! There are vegetarian options & thicker crust in some styles available.“

“Proto’s is a hidden gem in Gunbarrel that I honestly don’t want to keep secret… but it’s too good not to rave about. The pizza is next level the crust is perfectly crispy, the toppings are always fresh, and the pineapple pesto pizza? Life-changing!

On the phone manager was very apathetic and refused to make it right. He kept talking over me, even in person, and when I called him out on it he told me literally verbatim that I was a liar. Drove over to the store, returned the cold pizza and got a proper hot pizza with a side of attitude. For a $25 pizza, it should be received hot or replaced.“

“Pizzeria Alberico makes some of the best pizza I’ve had in Boulder. Their pies are authentic, traditional Neapolitan-style, and the quality really shows. The pizza was perfectly made and genuinely reminded me of what it feels like to eat in Naples. It's simple, balanced, and done with care.

What I especially loved is the variety. You can enjoy the classics like a Margherita, but they also offer thoughtful, locally inspired seasonal pies that keep things interesting and creative without losing that authentic foundation. You have to try their Trapanese pie with pesto with burrata. That was a great treat.

The staff is always so helpful and very attentive. If you appreciate real Neapolitan pizza and ingredients treated with respect, this place is absolutely worth a visit.“

I tried a variety of slices and everything was well made. The New York style was my favorite, with a classic flavor and texture that really stood out.

The cannolis were also worth ordering and made for a nice dessert.

“Name a better way to end a terrible day off, than with a delicious wood fired pizza! Not particularly a good day at work, but when I came home to see Seb's outside with a couple other food trucks, I was overjoyed! I got the Potato Pizza, and it was phenomenal. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. The addition of quality Brie cheese was the cherry on top! For being wood fired, they had it out of the oven fast! I will definitely be visiting again when they come back to Coal Creek Village for food truck Wednesdays. Thank you, Seb's, for making my day a lot better!“

“The most generously topped pizza slices I've ever had! My wife and I both had Mediterranean slices and it was like a salad on thin crust pizza. Absolutely delicious! Seemed pricey at first but once I saw and tasted it, it was worth it!“
