“Frasca was a start to finish impeccable experience! My partner and I went for my birthday, and every staff member we interacted with was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, laughed at my stupid jokes, and did not make us feel rushed whether we were just enjoying a dish, picking out a wine or had questions about ingredients. The food was absolutely incredible, which I did expect for a Michelin starred restaurant! But I was still blown away by each dish, the care that clearly went into every aspect of it and how each ingredient was special (I keep dreaming of the butter hand churned by a guy in Normandy). I loved the journey through the menu we went on, the experimentation of flavors, textures, smells and temperatures was so fun!The service, I had no expectations for because I just assumed it’d be like every other restaurant but with fancy plates and wine glasses, maybe? However, it was phenomenal. What was really special was how even though the restaurant was full, it didn’t feel crowded and there wasn’t a massive deal of switching out tables when someone finished. They are clearly a passionate, cohesive and well educated team!I recommend everyone who loves food experiences something like this at least once, it’s like eating art while being treated like royalty!“
“The BEST ravioli varieties. Aurora sauce is my favorite! I absolutely love this place!Parking: Crowded parking in high traffic area. Park at King Soopers in the same plaza.Wheelchair accessibility: Very small restaurant, not much room to move around. Hallway to restrooms is tight.“
“Absolutely wonderful place to celebrate, the atmosphere couldn't be better and both service and food were immaculate. Our server Alyssa stands out as phenomenal and truly made our night. Cannot thank her or the other staff enough for the absolutely delightful experience.Dietary restrictions: Very good for gluten free, especially considering bread can be so hard to do well.“
“I was looking for pizza and Pasta Press came up, I knew they didn’t serve any pizza but the pasta looked enticing and decided to give it a try to end our night.I can not tell you how DELICIOUS our food was. I ordered the Arrabiata and my wife ordered Cacio De Pepe and it was the absolute most delicious pasta we’ve ever eaten in our lives. They make everything FRESH for you, right in front of you, they are extremely friendly and incredibly nice. The food was so hot and amazing. I’m extremely happy we had this over pizza.I’ll be thinking about this pasta for a really really long time.“
“went in last night. wanted to try out the new place. SO GOOD! also, incredibly friendly staff and owner. he even gave my kid a pizza delivery stuffed animal to take home. woke up today literally wanting to go back. will be back often. glad you're in boulder!“
“Carelli's has delicious food and a warm atmosphere. The restaurant bar is always busy. It has an upscale appeal with a reasonable price point. The staff are always friendly. There is a gas fireplace in the middle of the restaurant and on cold nights it is so AWESOME! It will be freezing outside and you walk in to the smells of cooking garlic and olive oil, friendly smiles, and yummy food. The service is prompt but never overbearing. As a business owner myself, I was surprised to learn that all the managers take turns working in the kitchen. I found this out because I wanted to say hello to one of them and assumed he was in the kitchen because they were short staffed, when in fact, it is standard operating procedure for them to ensure quality and for the manager to understand what other employees might be experiencing. I am sure this also leads to better quality and relationships in the restaurant. I love it!I have frequented this restaurant for over twenty years and will always give Carelli's five stars.Erin Pass“
“Wow. This place was amazing. They have a simple menu but everything is perfection. We had the burrata, winter pizza, Brussel sprouts, and carrots. The flavors were just so good on everything including the veggie dishes! Would definitely come back.“
“We came in the other night. I think it was Wednesday of last week with a big group family of seven I think. They seated us immediately and this young crew just absolutely killed it. They took care of our every need immediately and we’re just awesome with your culture the whole time. Everything was absolutely fabulous! I got the most expensive thing on the menu. I think it was the steak and asparagus. It was out of control. I also ate mussels, and like 12 pieces of bread I think I almost died afterwards seriously I haven’t been at full in like 15 years. These kids did an absolute fantastic job of taking care of our family, and I personally thank them.“
“Holy Hot Dang…??? sandwiches in Boulder!!! My time on the east coast truly left an impression on my tastebuds because every now and again I just C R A V E a chicken cutty!!! Sadly, more times than not I’m left sulking in disappointment because the bread just isn’t right. That folks is where Mangia Panino screams… “hold my beer lady, we got you!” The Focaccia is so KILLER it should be in prison!!! The chicken cutlet is prepared perfectly and the basil pesto is a flavor overload!!I enjoyed this sandwich so much that I had to return two days later to partake in the meatball sub.Holy Hot Dang…meatball sub if my dreams ? Really, housemade meatballs with burrata?!!! Freakin savages!!! The toasted baguette was the perfect balance of crunchy and soft! It was the perfect sub for a cold night on Pearl Street. The team at Mangia has a fan for life!!! 1000/10 will return again and again! I L O V E love L O V E that the team also throws down specials that they blast out on their social media platforms! See ya tonight for that Porchetta! Mangia Panino is nestled on the first floor of Avanti on Pearl Street.Chicken CutletHouse Focaccia | Mozzarella | Prosciutto | Arugula | Basil PestoMeatball SubToasted Baguette | Italian Meatball | Burrata“
“Chill place to hang out and enjoy some coffee. Plenty of space and a variety of seating options. Reasonable prices. Plenty of place to charge if you need. T.v.s (on mute) to enjoy as well depending of your taste.Wheelchair accessibility: Commerical entry doors not automatic tho just fyi.“
“Was craving a sandwich and found this delicious gem! I mean, look at this sandwich! It was absolutely delicious. My husband got the mushroom cheese steak, and he loved it. The place is clean and neat and well taken care of. The service was friendly and quick, but not at all rushed. We will be back!“
“Food was very good as usual. Had a bit of an issue as we went to pay the bill. When we first got there, I asked the server for separate checks. Two couples. The couple we dined with had a substantially bigger bill because of their entrees, salads, drinks, etcSo, no problem with separate checks. We'll, when the server presented us with the two checks she said " I just split the total down the middle"That's not what I asked for. Why would she do that?“
“We love Aperitivo! The food is excellent, the staff attentive, and prices are more than reasonable by Boulder standards. We have now been three times in the last 3 months, and I feel like when we go in we are doing so to "our" restaurant. It has that family friendly feel. Give them all the business you can, its a treasure for Gunbarrel and we come to eat there even though we live in North Boulder.“
“We came to Ado’s with a group of 12 for dinner the night before our wedding. The staff was awesome and attentive, and Ado came out to speak with us. Everyone raved about the food — I had the chicken marsala and it was hands down the best I’d ever had. It was a great experience and we will certainly return next time we visit Boulder.“
“We had a long day of traveling and decided we wanted pizza we stopped into Hillside, right off the vibes were so welcoming and comfortable.Simon greeted us with positive genuine energy and walked us through the menu and deals. The pies were super reasonable and so delicious my favorite part is the crust. The sauce and dough are made fresh daily and you can really tell the difference. Simon also mentioned that they stay away from can foods and use fresh ingredients. There is also an arcade space to play games while you wait for your pizza. Great place great vibes and great pizza spot.“
“Delicious food, more elevated than anywhere else in Boulder. Stellar service, nice wine. Loud live music, uncomfortable booths that are oddly far from the table and people across the table. Hip space that lacks warmth and very cave-like with zero windows.“
