If I worked at a restaurant and a customer asked for an extra side of marinara to bring home with my leftover pizza I would give it to them, but I would be secretly a little worried that it would be wasted. This happened at Basta when I went there last week and if any of the staff is reading this, be at ease, I just drank it strait, it’s that good. Personally I believe that sauce is always the differentiator for pizza and theirs is A+.

Keeping the review short and sweet, but this place is awesome and the food is amazing. Order the smoked olives, Caesar salad, Roberto pizza, and vanilla ice cream. Also, make sure to ask for Luke to be your waiter if he’s available. Can’t wait to go back!
