“Highly recommended best seafood“

“The beef taco was perhaps the best I've ever had (whereas normally I'd say the best is a cabeza taco commonly found at food trucks in Mexico or LA). The raw tuna tostada was likewise the best tostada I've ever had.

My only gripe is that there were no spicy hot things we had. Chile oil was clearly used on the sweet potato dish, but it was pretty mild.

Even so, everything was absolutely delicious and well worth the splurge. We'll be back for sure.“

“The omakase experience was great. Each bite was heaven in your mouth. They get the freshest ans best fish imported and each bit is so unique. We got the 12 course omakase and I think next time I’m going to go for the 20 course menu. Highly recommend! Boulder really needed a legit sushi place.
Only warning - it’s hard to find. It’s on the second floor above another restaurant.“

“Caught them while in Brighton. Price was about restaurant pricing but the fish and chips were better than what we've found around town. Nice sized fillets and the fries were seasoned perfectly. Dropped the tailgate and enjoyed. Look forward to getting a bite next time they're here.“

“If I worked at a restaurant and a customer asked for an extra side of marinara to bring home with my leftover pizza I would give it to them, but I would be secretly a little worried that it would be wasted. This happened at Basta when I went there last week and if any of the staff is reading this, be at ease, I just drank it strait, it’s that good. Personally I believe that sauce is always the differentiator for pizza and theirs is A+.“

“Visited Boulder Cork for our anniversary and had the most wonderful experience! All of the staff were so friendly and kind, our food was delicious, and drinks were tasty. Their dinner happy hour menu has great prices and really good options. The prime rib was delectable and the fish & chips were fried to perfection. Mud pie for dessert was incredible as well!
