“This is our new favorite Thai place! The food was so fresh and flavorful! We had spring rolls, shrimp pad see ew, some fried rice, and the lemongrass fish. It was all good, but the lemongrass fish was FANTASTIC. We also had sticky rice with mango. YUMMY!The server was friendly, and the robot delivery was super cute. The restaurant is clean and has a welcoming, cute atmosphere. We can't wait to go back!“
“What I ended up getting was the catfish basket, which was delicious. We also shared the crab bites, which were served with a delicious sauce, so good! I wanted to get a combo advertised on the front door, but they didn't have crawfish "until tomorrow." Either way, everything was good, and our waitress was friendly. We will be back for the combo.“

“This was hands down the best food we've had in years. We got the almond crusted hogfish, brown bag swordfish, and bread pudding and I'm struggling to describe how good it was. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The sauces for each fish were subtle and so complimentary to the dish. Each fish was perfectly done, flaky and crispy around the edges. The bacon walnut Brussel sprouts were perfectly done, still crunchy not soggy, sweet and savory. The bread pudding was the best I've ever had, buttery and lightly tossed with the most delicious rum sauce and almost maple flavored whip cream with roasted coconut flakes sprinkled on. It truly brought a tear to my eye. I don't know what brought this family to Colorado, but thank God it did! We will be back to try the entire menu!My only critique would be the drinks, my ice tea wasn't great, and there is no beer on tap. We didn't try the mixed drinks though.“

“I have been coming to Carrabas since I was in my early 20s I am now over 60 I really came to love the minestrone soup and I understand the price difference post Covid but let’s be honest food prices have gone up in everything and there is not longer a need to use this excuse…it’s just not fair to take this away from us there are so many people these days that are not meat lovers please bring back the minestrone soup! Also…it is my experience to not try to fix something that is not broken…your muscles used to be so good….but you have continuously messed with the sauce….it is now so awful and whose idea was it to make it sweet…ugh! Thank you!Vegetarian options: Please bring back the minestrone soup and stop messing with the sauce for the muscles….the salads are amazing! Also our waiter Mitch at the Westminster location is the bomb!“

From the moment my girlfriend and I arrived, we were treated like family. The atmosphere is so energetic and wonderful, but what seals the deal even more is the amazing food. Everything we ate here was incredibly delicious. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Whether it’s drinks, entrees, or desserts, everything is a 10/10. “Wow, we went to the new brunch item sampler event this past Sunday. It was amazing! The food was so delicious and the drinks were flowing. We had the shrimp and grits, the bang bang, shrimp, Eggs Benedict, and the French toast. Everything was superb and the portion sizes were generous. All the food and drinks were outstanding. We will definitely be back for brunch! The staff was amazing. I just can't say enough good things.Parking: Plenty of parking right outside the door.“
