“PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! Jay the manager was so well prepared to share history, chef details and menu choices. Viviana our waitress was honestly, one of the most exceptional waitresses we’ve ever had. The tortilla soup was filled with so many delicious ingredients, perfectly balanced spices, and the presentation was perfect. The taco selections were glorious. Crispy exterior corn tortillas, rich with flavors inside! Tender beef, chicken, savory cheese selections. Truly Baja style tacos!!! The churros were stellar. Homemade vanilla enhanced batter, perfectly fried… premium cinnamon and sugar lightly dusted outside, served with warm carmel and chocolate sauces. This place is the most hidden, beautiful gem in the North Thornton/ Westminster/Northglenn area. Gorgeous Interior and seating areas. Very upscale feeling. Perfect meal.“

“I just had my first dining experience at Corona's, and I am SO IMPRESSED!!! Christina was running the show, and also helped run the bar, and the service & food were EXCELLENT...so very DELICIOSO!!! They also have the best trivia on Wednesday nights! What a fun night at a perfect place with great people and super tasty Mexican food! HIGHLY recommended!!! Thank you, Corona's team! :)“

“Ordered the Mexican Skillet. It was very good. I asked for the hot green chile. Not super hot, but it was very tasty and they loaded up the skillet with a lot of it. Eggs were cooked perfectly which I appreciate - over easy, not overcooked or broken and the whites weren't runny. I went mid morning on MLK day and there was a continuous stream of people coming in and ordering while I ate so they must be doing something right. Service was good but note...there's no table service. Order your food then take it and sit and eat which doesn't bother me. The prices were very reasonable. $10 for a skillet with very good green chile. You can't walk out of a crummy fast food joint nowadays for 10 bucks. Would recommend to anyone who likes chile as much as I do.“

“Delicious food,😋 great service which is rare nowadays 😅, seating is always available. Only downside is just the pricing for some menu items. They are pretty expensive and they cut back how much salsa they give in those mini containers. So good food but just a little too expensive.“

“I just picked up six tamales. I wanted to sample the tamales before Christmas. I ordered..Two chicken, two vegetarian and two pork green chili tamales. The service was excellent and the tamales were the best ever. I will plan to order more tamales for the Christmas holiday. Instead of driving all the way out too La Casita, now I can just go to Westminster and pick up tamales from Adelitas.“

“Hit the spot after an extra long drive from GJ - spicy watermelon-tini was a fabulous desert before dinner... honestly - I couldn't eat much of my plate after the bomb quac, creamy jalapeño Crack sauce and queso were consumed with the most delightful & crispy tortilla chips... however, the bites I managed were delicious and will make for great leftovers. Service was great even though we dropped in just before 10pm after a longer than expected trek over the Rockies. Thanks!“

“Only 4 stars because the interior is very small. The food was great. Large menu with several more dishes I want to try. This was our first time getting a meal here. Takeout was packaged well and all the sauces were there and order was correct ?.
Definitely will be ordering from here again.

Parking: I parked on the side street next to the restaurant.
It was easier to leave and left parking in the lot for people wanting to park and dine in.“

“We really like coming here. Service is always fast and friendly. I went in yesterday for the Valentine’s Day special. BOGO. After almost eating our meal there I noticed we were charged the free meal. I took it to the cashier and the manager was there. He apologized and fixed the extra charge. He also offered if it didn’t clear correctly for me to come back and he would make it right. I just wish they deliver! And through other apps.“

“Been coming here for a couple years now every Tuesday for tacos. Staff is always super friendly, and the tacos are always a dependably good experience. The smoky crema style salsa is definitely a household favorite for the tacos. The other food is also good, but tacos are always my favorite.“

“Phoenix was the person at the counter abd he was great. Fast and efficient and above all, kind. He helped me make an ice pack for my son and even let us use a clean towel to protect his skin.
