“Visited for the first time ever. My gf and I both ordered the 2 sliders meal. It was good… although I’m eager to return and just try the tenders, which appear first on the menu. Upon returning and trying the chicken alone by itself, I could easily upgrade this to a 5.

⚠️ TO THE SPICE LOVERS OUT THERE ⚠️ Many reviewers say that it’s really hot chicken. If you eat spicy foods regularly and have a higher tolerance, I would suggest ordering extra hot or the hottest option available. I tried hot which is 2 below the hottest available option. It had heat to it, but it wasn’t in the optimal area of satisfaction VS spice. Coming from a person that eats more spicy things than the average person.

Nonetheless I enjoyed the meal and absolutely clobbered it. The pickles offered on the side are a nice touch. They taste fresh, and I’m sure go well with any slider or tender. I chose to eat them on their own, which I imagine can be a nice spice break if you order one of the hotter options. The sliders that we had (pictured) had cheese added… and alongside the coleslaw I’m sure numbed some of the pain.

Overall as a spice lover… I was left satisfied but wondering just how good it could get. So I recommend if you like spicy spicy things try extra hot at a minimal. If you don’t like spice at all order something much less and you will still have an enjoyable experience. It’s good chicken no doubt, blows Caine’s out of the water as far as quality goes. Small, simple menu that delivers the execution you expect from a chain with such dedication to smaller perfections!”

“Delicious food and great environment!! I walked in and immediately smelled like my grandma’s home with home cooked food. I got the breakfast plate and husband got the Mexican omelet with a chocolate chip pancake. Everything was made perfectly and the waitress even asked if I wanted my bacon crispy! Overall 11/10 if I could, we will be back!”

“Overall a good experience. The wait was double what we expected. The food was very good. We came to this place when it was a bistro, so the atmosphere was excellent albeit hard surfaces which increase the volume.

I would recommend this place for sushi. The fish is very fresh and reasonably varied. Your not getting a high end mix of fish, but that's expected. The Nigiri had the appropriate mix of rice and fish, which most sushi restaurants do not get right. The Sashimi were cut in a very nice sized portion.

We will be back. 2 people are much faster to seat than 3-4 given the tables available.”

“Hit the spot after an extra long drive from GJ - spicy watermelon-tini was a fabulous desert before dinner... honestly - I couldn't eat much of my plate after the bomb quac, creamy jalapeño Crack sauce and queso were consumed with the most delightful & crispy tortilla chips... however, the bites I managed were delicious and will make for great leftovers. Service was great even though we dropped in just before 10pm after a longer than expected trek over the Rockies. Thanks!”

“This place is amazing. I had the Bison Delmonico ribeye. Talk about melts in your mouth steak. I had the strawberry margarita on the rocks. It had real strawberries inside of it. It was life-changing. Now to our server. His name was brendan. His service was outstanding and he was very attentive! We will definitely be coming back here.”

“We received a gift card from a family member at Christmas and decided to use it on a Saturday night in January. The restaurant was packed but there was seating in the bar area, so we decided, what the heck(!) and went to the bar. Once seated we were greeted with the friendliest bar staff, Marissa and Tiernan. We wanted a glass of red and Marissa recommended the Porta Vita Italia. It is a delicious bargain and we were so impressed (and now hooked!). Our food was and continues to be great, as now we have become Saturday night regulars! We are Italian and honestly did not think we could get a traditional and tasty meal at a chain. Marissa and Tiernan, thank you for the excellent, friendly customer service and sweetness. You both are classy, sassy and super bad-**sy! We always look forward to our Saturday nights hanging with you both! See you next time, Cheers!”

“Great experience with a mistake. Mike the manager made all the difference. We eat here maybe once a month, often ordering in and picking up from the restaurant. I called and shared my issue with Mike with one of our meals and he went above and beyond. Just another reason why we love eating at this restaurant, and why we will continue to return. Then we got the Cracovia dinner for two. Let's just say I could drink up the mushroom sauce for the stuffed cabbage rolls. Great menu, everything sounds amazing, so it was difficult to choose. At my last visit I chose the Colorado Green Chili Ranchero and it was awesome! The atmosphere is so nice. The tortilla soup was filled with so many delicious ingredients, perfectly balanced spices, and the presentation was perfect. The taco selections were glorious. Crispy exterior corn tortillas, rich with flavors inside! Tender beef, chicken, savory cheese selections. Truly Baja style tacos!!! The churros were stellar. Homemade vanilla enhanced batter, perfectly fried… premium cinnamon and sugar lightly dusted outside, served with warm carmel and chocolate sauces. This place is the most hidden, beautiful gem in the North Thornton/ Westminster/Northglenn area. Gorgeous Interior and seating areas. Very upscale feeling. Perfect meal.”

The husband & wife team who run the place are gifted chefs, as well as friendly, helpful, and very hard working, as is the rest of the small staff. This storefront restaurant has now become solidly and regularly very busy, which it well deserves. Try it, and try multiple dishes on and off the menu. These folks are running a top small restaurant, and their success is based on all the right things. Kudos to the Westminster Uncle Henry’s!”

“On vacation and thought this would be a good choice for a late lunch. Turns out it was a great choice. Met with the owner who explained all of the extensive choices and toppings. We chose ahi tuna, spicy tuna and octopus on top of brown rice and a variety of toppings, including Island fin fire sauce with pineapple and habanero, Kimchi, seaweed and wasabi peas with wasabi finishing sauce. Everything is fresh daily according to the owner (the avocado was cut open in front of us). Simply delicious!”

The tour guide, Andy (I think that was his name) was very personable and down to earth. He had some good jokes/puns. The bartender was sweet and we met the owner briefly. We each chose different liquors for our flights and enjoyed each one plus our cocktails were great. My personal favorite for the flight was the V.I. Rum. After the tour we also got the maple bacon old fashioned which was different but equally delicious. Everything on the menu looked great and while we didn't try any of the food offerings, we will definitely be back. The bar was an intimate setting and the pinball machines were great. We live in Aurora but we can't wait to come back as this place is definitely worth the drive for us!”

My son-in-law forgot to pick it up before they closed but I was able to send a message and the owner Erica was kind enough to meet up with him later that night. I don't know alot of people that would go out of their way for a 1st time customer. My daughter was greatful. She said the cake was so good and she loved the way it was decorated. I found another MAD GREENS where I relocated, but it didn't feel as much of a "Family" as Westminster, where I had gotten to know most of the employees. Imagine my delight when, after many years, I walk in and hear "Hi Tom" from Lauren, one of the people who still there. She is now the Manager. Even though the signage has changed, the salads are still as luscious and delicious as I remember. Thank you, Lauren, for helping me feel like I'm coming home for lunch and for keeping MAD GREENS as the best place in the world for Salad and Satisfaction. I will always return whenever I am near Westminster. If 5 stars is the best rating, MAD GREENS gets a 10 from me!!”

Evan was our server and he was extremely attentive and cared about making sure our experience was perfect. The manager and owner checked in with us many times to make sure we were having an enjoyable time. Food menu was superb. We all loved the selection with something for everyone at our table. A few within our party were vegetarians and we were able to enjoy some of their selections. The roasted Brussel sprouts were delicious. Bruschetta was fantastic and they offered some great pasta options. Salads and other choices were also available and the restaurant is very accommodating about working with you to make sure your experience is perfect. We will certainly be back to dine again at this restaurant. A great find and enjoyable experience was had by all.”

“Huge Thank You to the whole crew for amazing service last night! How many restaurants can you call at 7:45 at night and ask if they can accommodate up to 40 people this one right here! We were in town for a youth wrestling tournament and were staying next-door at the hotel. We called them and asked if there was a possibility and they said sure come on down. We will have you set up in our banquet room. Arrived at 8:30 and had us all out of there by 10. Nobody waited for food or drinks and the food and staff were all amazing.!! “We were driving through the area and needed a late cup of coffee. When we rolled in here, we immediately felt comfortable. The interior is relaxing and vibrant. “We went for lunch or the first time today and had the amazing lunch. We eachhad the lunch special, which includes a specialty Pizza and a salad of your choice for starting at $14.50. I had the funguy Pizza, which is a Mushroom Pizza. It was absolutely amazing. I ordered mine without arugula , as I do not perfer that. It was so good that I ordered a full size to take home for dinner. Our server was Jordan and she was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The only downside I have to say is that their drinks were just okay. We had a Italian spritzer that was kind of tart, and then I ordered a Vodka martini, which they said they do not commonly make, and I could tell why... I sent it back and ended up getting a glass of red wine but the pinot noir was mediocre at best. I think management should up their Wine selection and quality, if they're going to pair with Italian dishes. I would definitely go back and order more Pizza and the meatballs look amazing as well.”

I asked for barely one pump and for it to not be sweet at all. It was unfortunately pretty sweet so I could barely drink it. I was also charged $6.85 for what looked like a small latte. I was excited to try this place, but felt like I overpaid. It’s possible that it is normal but would love to know? Thank you!”
