“I messed up on my end and placed an order for pickup but it was a different store and I didnt realize it. I talked to a manager at that store, who than contacted Adriana at this location, and both ladies were able to resolve my issue with no problems. I never got to thank Adriana personally, but if she ever sees this, Thank you Adriana!! :)“

“It's KFC. My kid wanted to try it because somewhere somehow he got the subliminal messaging that he needed to experience KFC. We scratched the itch. KFC is still KFC. Just go to Popeyes. Or if you're lucky enough to live by one, Pioneer chicken.“

“Picked my friend up from the airport on her purposely long layover to get a garbage plate. She spent time in the summer as a kid there every year because both her parents are from there and she said it was like being in Rochester. Tried the Rochester local beer there with it and it was great. I definitely recommend it if you want a taste of home and you are from Rochester or if you want to experience Rochester without going lol.“

“The food was great! I was especially impressed with the fries, soft inside but still crispy outside. Literally perfect!
There's a BIG jump in spice level between medium & hot. I tried both. Adding fry sauce helped tone down some of the hotness and made it more manageable (for me). The hot chicken was very good, but prepare yourself!
My only complaint would be the noise level. Music inside was loud enough to make it difficult to have a conversation. Outside also had loud(ish) music but it was much easier to talk over without feeling like you were shouting.“
