“It was my first time at Chicken Salad Chick, and I have to say it absolutely lived up to the hype! I’d heard so many great things, but what really made the experience stand out was the staff. Every single one of the ladies was so warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. They were incredibly helpful, made me feel right at home, and turned a simple lunch stop into such a memorable experience.

I took home the Sassy Scotty and Classic Carol with crackers and the buttery croissant pieces, and it made the ultimate girl dinner. Paired with a good murder mystery, it was the perfect cozy evening. Every bite was so flavorful, and I can already tell I’ll be back to try more.

And don’t even get me started on those cookies… do NOT sleep on them! Thank goodness they’re individually wrapped because if they came any other way, I’d be leaving with a whole box every time. 😂

I’m so happy this location is right by my house. If you’ve been thinking about trying Chicken Salad Chick, this is your sign. Great food, even better people, and an all-around delightful experience!“

“I didn’t eat here but they have the cleanest public restrooms I’ve ever been into let alone in a Fast Food restaurant. My 10 year old son said it was peaceful, smelled good, and clean enough for the Last Supper to be eaten there but unfortunately he didn’t leave it in that beautiful condition. Anyway, I asked the manager who cleaned it and he took pride in the fact he had just done it. Carlos, you a real one homie! “I have always liked KFC. Their original recipe chicken is great. However, this time I ordered a wing and a chicken sandwich. The wing was small and overcooked with not much meat. The sandwich was good, but was overcooked on the edges. This won't keep me from going back, though.“

“Birdcall’s chicken sandwiches are elite! My only critique has nothing to do with the kitchen and everything to do with the seating: They do not have high chairs. 🤣
Trying to hold a squirming, hungry toddler in a standard booth while eating a massive, sauce-dripping chicken sandwich is an extreme sport I did not train for. I ended up eating my lunch over my kid’s head like a mama bird, which I guess fits the theme, but still.
5 stars because the food is just that good, but please, Birdcall—buy a couple of high chairs so my biceps can take a break.“
