“Picked my friend up from the airport on her purposely long layover to get a garbage plate. She spent time in the summer as a kid there every year because both her parents are from there and she said it was like being in Rochester. Tried the Rochester local beer there with it and it was great. I definitely recommend it if you want a taste of home and you are from Rochester or if you want to experience Rochester without going lol.“

“Visited for the first time ever. My gf and I both ordered the 2 sliders meal. It was good… although I’m eager to return and just try the tenders, which appear first on the menu. Upon returning and trying the chicken alone by itself, I could easily upgrade this to a 5.

⚠️ TO THE SPICE LOVERS OUT THERE ⚠️ Many reviewers say that it’s really hot chicken. If you eat spicy foods regularly and have a higher tolerance, I would suggest ordering extra hot or the hottest option available. I tried hot which is 2 below the hottest available option. It had heat to it, but it wasn’t in the optimal area of satisfaction VS spice. Coming from a person that eats more spicy things than the average person.

Nonetheless I enjoyed the meal and absolutely clobbered it. The pickles offered on the side are a nice touch. They taste fresh, and I’m sure go well with any slider or tender. I chose to eat them on their own, which I imagine can be a nice spice break if you order one of the hotter options. The sliders that we had (pictured) had cheese added… and alongside the coleslaw I’m sure numbed some of the pain.

Overall as a spice lover… I was left satisfied but wondering just how good it could get. So I recommend if you like spicy spicy things try extra hot at a minimal. If you don’t like spice at all order something much less and you will still have an enjoyable experience. It’s good chicken no doubt, blows Caine’s out of the water as far as quality goes. Small, simple menu that delivers the execution you expect from a chain with such dedication to smaller perfections!“

“First thing I noticed when I walked in is how clean the restaurant is. Johnathan was great and super patient when I was indecisive in ordering. I ordered a few items as a to go order, one of them being the early bird chicken sandwich with no pickles. It was correct on the receipt. When I got home and my husband unwrapped the sandwich, they gave us a burger instead with pickles. Other than not getting the correct sandwich, everything else was good!“

Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. “I highly recommend this place if you love meals with chicken! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the staff. The kiosk on the left was very easy to use. We got a chicken sandwich, truffle fries, nuggets, and a drink. The place was very clean and the employee dropped off our order at our table. He went around to make sure we were satisfied with our food as well and we appreciated that! The food can be a little pricey but the quality is definitely worth it. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with BBQ sauce, cheese, aoli & no bacon jam, tots and a ginger coleslaw( it had no mayo which was perfect for me), plus a side of sweet mustard+0.50 & 16 oz drink. The chicken was cooked well, not dry & the flavors worked well together. Tots were crispy, coleslaw was fresh and tasty. No complaints. It was $22 including tax. So on the spendier side, but fresh and filling, boasting natural ingredients. Worth it, imo.

“I don't believe I've ever written an online review, but after my experience living here for the past couple of years, I felt it important to share my perspective. First - all apartment complexes will have their issues. Whether it be maintenance issues, some dog poop, an occasional delay on fixing a piece of gym equipment, whatever. Those things happen.

What matters to me is how people respond when things go wrong. Customer service seems to be a dying art these days, but Gabe and his staff here have been excellent through and through. He is a real person, a problem solver, and I have always gotten the vibe from him that he wants the best for the people who live in this complex. He has worked to find a solution anytime we had an issue while living here for the past 2+ years.

We are about to move out in the next couple of months (not to another apartment, but to our first home), and even the transition to a month-to-month lease was something he made very easy and doable for us. I feel I could keep saying positive things about him (like the time he got his personal jump pack out of his truck to get my car started when I was late running to work), but I've made my point. He is exactly the kind of manager you hope to have.

Maintenance staff are competent and friendly compared to past places I have lived. The apartments are pretty new, and it's clear the staff want to keep the community clean and cared for. We've genuinely enjoyed living here.

“I just went through the drive through to pick up lunch to take to school to celebrate my daughter’s birthday with her. I wish I had gotten their names but the two people working the drive through window on 9/9 at 11 am (young man and young woman) are some of the loveliest young people I’ve encountered in a long time. While waiting for my food they both struck up a genuine conversation with me and when they learned it was my daughter’s bday they gave me an adorable cow stuffy to give her. Management please identify these two exceptional workers and commend them for their joyous attitudes! They put such a smile on my face.“

“We love Rico Pollo and we eat at almost all of them. We particularly drove to this one from Greeley Colorado to eat here and they kicked us out. We had 10 minutes sweet. They didn’t wanna even let us eat there. I made them allow us to eat there if the door sign and if Google says you’re close by nine, then that’s what time you close not 15 or 20 minutes early. That’s bad customer service.“

“I was at this location for a carry out order. There was a trainee taking order and he was doing magnificently. I don't use that word lightly. He did spell my name horribly wrong, but my food got to me, so I won't complain about that. There's a nice seating area which is somewhat removed from the order/pickup location. The food is fine. Service excellent. Atmosphere is just a slightly elevated fast food typical.

“I always look for Krispy Krunchy Chicken when I'm chasing storms on the Great Plains. I couldn't believe it went I saw the KKC sign go up closer to home! Excellent fried chicken preparation and great service - as expected. If the company started sourcing smaller chickens to avoid the occasional woody breast it would truly be a five star experience!“

They also have these biscuits that are so delicious, almost like a blueberry scone, crispy and flaky and moist on the inside.
