Music City Hot Chicken Reviews
I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places.
MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door...read full review
As always, great food and nice staff. Clean joint.
I’ve eaten at many hot chicken places throughout the country. This is a great place be. Great staff, their takeout is fantastic. I feared the Covid would have done a number on this place, but these people showed an embracing of the takeout idea, and excelled at it. I’ve tried every heat level. The Nashville Hot is a go to for sure. It’s the best in this region. Hot chicken and cold beer,Thanks Music City Hot Chicken.

Located in Denver, Music City Hot Chicken is a neat spot serving good chicken sandwiches and Trve brews. The restaurant is very dark, almost Gothic, and plays heavy metal music. They finally got their liquor license and now serve Trve beers brewed elsewhere plus liquor. The Nashville hot flavor is incredibly hot, even two or three levels below their hottest. The chicken appears to be covered with a dry rub and then cooked. The mushroom fried chicken is by far the best vegan chicken sandwich ever had. The fries are amazing, though some noted they were obviously frozen and unseasoned. The house dipping sauce is decent with the Nashville hot chicken. The amber beer is very delicious, a little bit better than fat tire and Sam Adams. The service was excellent and the people were very friendly. The specials seem inspired by Bob's Burgers with the naming convention. For the brave, get the flammable solid for the best flavor profile on the menu.
