“Visiting the area from east coast for Father’s Day. My son referred me here and it was awesome! We sat at the bar and got to watch all the meals be prepared for the whole restaurant, and all the cocktails. The bar staff (Ryan, Jorge, Park, and the beautiful lady with mermaid hair), were all so wonderful to enjoy while we there. Entertaining, wonderful food, and expert cocktails. Bathrooms were clean, well appointed, and the entire decor was welcoming.“

“If you care about Belgian-style beer, Bruz is the best place in Colorado. Les Incompetents is a standout — layered, balanced, and the kind of beer that makes you slow down and pay attention instead of just drinking it—and reminds me of French dishes. The barrel-aged quad is the other one to chase: rich, warming, and complex without ever getting cloying. Both are worth going out of your way for.

The people are just as good as the beer. Kristin was clearly slammed the last time I was in and still managed to be gracious and on top of everything — no small feat. She and Carl (and the other staff, I would list them but I don’t. Know their names 😅 Yea) were also the ones who filled me in on the 10th anniversary, which I would have completely missed otherwise. That kind of hospitality is what turns a good taproom into a regular haunt.

I’ve been coming here often enough to say this with confidence: I have never had a bad food truck at Bruz. Not once. Whoever’s booking them deserves praise.

Prices seemed reasonable for a local brewery. Overall, a solid place to visit if you enjoy craft beer and a laid-back setting.“

“This was my first visit to Denver Colorado, and a friend, recommended this hotel. Ever since I walked through the doors, I have had nothing but top notch service and respect. The front desk manager Lauren B. has impeccable customer service. And I don't know how I got so lucky, she upgraded me to a Pent House Suite. The room is absolutely gorgeous with breathtaking views of the stadium and skyline.
Definitely recommend staying at The Rally Hotel!! You will be treated like royalty!!“

“Edit: Business made it right a few days later, so bumping my review up to 4 stars assuming the bartender was having an off day.

Fun vibe and good pizza, unfortunately paired with the most incompetent bartender I’ve ever encountered in my 32 years on this planet. The guy who served us lost my credit card while changing a keg to fulfill our order, 3 minutes later he acts as if he has never seen us in his life. Claims he couldn’t possibly have my credit card because “they don’t keep cards” before finding it a few minutes later behind the bar.

Later on I ask to close out, he walks away for 20 seconds to check the POS, comes back and asks the person next to me who is a different gender, different hair color, and about a foot shorter than me “were you the one who just asked me to close out?” I wave him over and was asked to clarify my name and provide my card AGAIN, which must’ve then been used to open another tab unbeknownst to me. Now I’m leaving an unclosed tab at this bar with an extremely common last name. Lo and behold a couple days pass and clearly some randos (possibly with the same last name) must’ve charged drinks to our tab, since my wife and I ordered exactly 4 regular draft beers, but have $100+ in charges across multiple transactions from this unserious establishment“

“Spent an afternoon with friends enjoying a cabana. We had attentive and speedy service and our glasses were never empty. They offer a variety of cocktails (frozen drinks too!) and a much bigger menu than I expected. The pizzas were 10/10. Can’t wait to go back!“

“I always forget they do not offer their full menu before 5. I’ll get there! Brunch also looks solid. The vibe of this place doesn’t really scream $60 steak entree, but maybe? Overall, I find the food/service very good in general (although only sat at the bar) and it does fill up quickly. The drinks are more than terrific and fresh. 20% service fee. Gordo crunch and seafood tostada are delicious. Great prices on HH. Please change your soap dispensers.“

“I stopped in Denver on my way to Iowa. My son loves wings so he looked up this place so that we could have lunch. We ordered wings and a cocktail. Both cocktails were refreshing! The wings were on point. I ordered the buffalo bleu, and can say that I have not had better flavor. I will keep this in my locations and revisit again next year. My son ate all 18 of his wings.“

“We had a great time at Federales Denver. We enjoyed the great selection of tequilas delicious tacos and Margarita’s. The waitress was knowledgeable and pleasant. Fun environment for date night or friends groups to wind down and live!“

“Went here while waiting for my oldest to get his hair dreaded - so a brief walk from 28th and Colorado blvd to 28th and Fairfax.

Everyone was kind, the menu is easy to read, and there is a nice selection to choose from.

Tron Legacy was playing on their tv- bonus points for that. I had a meat lovers slice and it was very well made.

My table was clean as was the rest of the place. And upon leaving, another employee was very kind and thanked me for coming.

“I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“

“The best cheesesteak I've eaten in a while and i was skeptical.... but when i tell you the steak was real rib eye? You can't even get that sometimes in pa in certain spots, Here taproom has a whole ghost kitchen inside and it's called little Arthur's...i had the brownie also although it's pretty pricey in there it's worth it for the experience even if you only do it once... you'll make the money to come back... the beers are pretty good here too so all and all I'll be back i almost finished my half of my cheesesteak my son finnessed his half so know we will be back. Maybe we will get a frequent visitor foodie dish... it's nice being a mystery critic on delicious foods because then the chef does it right and doesn't worry abt making mistakes...top notch... “This is one of my favorite places in Denver. Get the Froze - trust me. It will become your go to drink. The beet hummus is delicious. There isn't a great view of the mountains, but the atmosphere is still good. Service can sometimes be a bit slow, even when they are adequately staffed, but it's still a great scene and perfect place to bring out of town guests.“
