The brews are refreshing with a selection to suit all palettes from IPA to Belgian to German Lager, it's got everyone covered. And, food trucks fill your belly! I enjoy it most especially during the summer for the patios, but it's a cozy spot during the winters, as well. The place does get packed, so be sure to plan accordingly with parking and otherwise.“

“My husband and I were looking for a night cap and found this hidden Gem! The host Lily was super sweet and our bartenders were super cool too. The drinks were good and the music matched our tastes. We will definitely hit this place up again for a night on the town.😉“

“that CZECH DAM PILSNER, I tell ya! I am in a weekly church group where we meet up in different breweries for a couple of hours and engaging discussions. Only in Colorado, home of The Great American Beer Festival, right? That said, this place has always been one of our favorite places.

The staff is friendly and has even remembered me, though I'm the rarest of regulars with my group. There always seems to be multiple meetups happening, but the space is big enough to accommodate, especially when it's warm for the little front patio. Even with the noise of people, it's still comfortable to talk and have a great time. For a party of two or a get down and party to raise good cheer, this is a terrific and TASTY place to tip one back!“

“This is a solid bar, but nothing super crazy to it. There was easy seating, a ton of bartenders, and reasonable noise levels. I went there on a Wednesday night with a good friend of mine and we really enjoyed using the Photo Booth! I would recommend this bar to anyone wanting to go out for a very chill time“

“Amazing service by not only the floor staff, but as well from management! Colorado Campfire, feels like the type of bar where everyone knows you name. You feel invited and welcome. Eva is a excellent mixologist. Johnny was extremely helpful when deciding what food to order and Reese handled a 10 person table with ease.

“I stopped in Denver on my way to Iowa. My son loves wings so he looked up this place so that we could have lunch. We ordered wings and a cocktail. Both cocktails were refreshing! The wings were on point. I ordered the buffalo bleu, and can say that I have not had better flavor. I will keep this in my locations and revisit again next year. My son ate all 18 of his wings.“

“We had a wonderful stay at the Rally. But it didn’t start off perfect. We had an issue where the pool wasn’t available, which was a big disappointment for our kids. However, the manager James did everything possible to make the stay magical despite the issue. He was thoughtful and helpful with coming up with a solution that worked well for us. We really enjoyed the OG restaurant on property which had delicious food and huge portions. The hotel itself has many interesting architectural details. The location perfect for Rockies and Nuggets games as well. Very pleased with our room (King Suite), the location, and the staff!!“

Cool place check it out, I enjoyed it.

But now, let's break it down:
First of all, I gotta give a huge shout-out to our server Jackson. Real chill dude and very helpful for our first time.
The place was very chill, had a wonderful time eating with my Dad for a late lunch. Vibe was a nice burger restaurant.
Now, actual food wise, I would highly recommend the Blackened Ahi Tuna Burger (If you are ok with fish). Don't change it if you want something different. It was my first time having something like this burger. AMAZING just the way it is.
Totally worth checking this place out, go stop by if you haven't already. 👌“

“I recently moved away from Fort Collins so I am going through and leaving reviews for all of my favorite eats places. MCHC is god-tier! Their food is great and their support of local artists through their block party event is fantastic. I had the privilege of meeting their owner a few years back when I was driving for Lyft and got a ride request from him when he needed to go make sure their Prospect location was locked up properly after he received notification that a door was left open. he tipped me very generously and it was genuinely a fun ride. It never surprised me that the atmosphere of MCHC had the same fun appeal whenever I ate there. I am definitely gonna visit next time I am in Fort Collins!“
