The BEST brewery in Denver. A huge bonus if you're a Bills fan. But regardless, the best beer, easily the friendliest. Great food truck in ShaWing as well. If you can make it here, do it! Go Bills!
This was my final stop on a night of brewery hopping. I came just before closing time and the bartender was nice enough to let me order a flight. Out of my four beers three were a hit. The only one I didn't like was the Mexican lager. Only complaint is that I would like them to write which beer is which. Their brewer Andrew sure does have his craft down. Probably the best Pilsners I've ever had. Blootylicious is another great flavor if you want something more fruity.Front of house staff is great too. I've loved getting to know Allan, Aaron, and Kelsee as much as I've loved getting to know their beers.Would highly recomend, especially if you're looking to pre-game while you wait to get into Casa Bonita.
