The flavor for both dishes was good (saag paneer and lamb masala) but I was disappointed with how little meat and paneer we got in our dishes. Our food took an hour to be ready when they said 30 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order, there were six people in front of me grumbling that it was taking a really long time. Whoever packed our food used a cracked lid on one of the curry containers, which lead to a mess all over the paper bag not to mention wasted food (that we spent $15 on). My kids liked the paneer and safron rice; they were happy it wasn't too spicy. We didn't dine in obviously but the overall aesthetic of the restaurant was beautiful. I'll probably give them one more chance given they're close by and they're NOT Little India.”

Usually they don’t (as in some places I go to) don’t season the vegetables and the tofu. But the tofu was well seasoned!. Fried rice was delicious. My friend got one of the Poké bowls. And she said it was really good too.”

“We booked for breakfast at 10.00am on a Saturday morning and were seated and our order taken within five minutes. The food was cooked to perfection and arrived within twenty minutes along with the best coffee I’ve had in a long time. The staff were extremely polite and very friendly and everyone who entered the cafe was seated with with the minimum of fuss. The cafe is not overcrowded with tables and feels very comfortable but there is also an outside undercover seating area and an uncovered seating area in a garden at the back of the cafe. Overall a very enjoyable experience which I would highly recommend.”

With such a luxurious place to live was faulted by previous management with frequent turn overs of employees in the leasing office. With multiple managers who were unable to respond, nonetheless help with my situation.
I had run into financial difficulty to pay the last 3 months of my lease due to a separation and trying to save a vehicle that still broke down after 7k of repairs this year alone. I applied for rental assistance and needed WFF to complete the landlords side of the application since June 2024. Which was not moving forward until the beginning of August 2024 when Equity took over with Gabriel as manager and was on top of everything with quick responses and constant attention to the issues he had inherited. With in 1-2 weeks of their transition Gabriel actually took the time with me everyday at one point in time to understand my situation and has been helping since with the same amount of care! I was approved for the rental assistance and due to some technicalities had been delayed but Gabe is still responding to the needs of my case daily.
Gabriel was the light in my life during this difficult where I owed 3months rent and had been requested help since June 20th after my 10 day notice was up. No apartment should let a tenant accrue $6k in debt with noway to pay without in full.Felt like a financial trap that was going to ruin my life, credit, and chances of renting any were decent. Gabe was able to do everything and more and has been on my side advocating for me since day one and well after moving out. This man deserves a raise I pray that he gets, a bonus, but all I can provide is word to shout out his outstanding customer service and amazing management skills. This place is in great hands with him there.
This place is a beautiful place to live and strongly recommended. With useful amenities, events, and has a great hidden trail behind the property. Was able to get my son hot chocolate and myself a stellar cup of coffee on cold days. On hot days I would teach my Sons to ride their bike on the peaceful trail or enjoy their year round pool/hot tub.

The food was better than it used to be - fresh and spicy - and the guacamole was really good. The food wasn’t the best Mexican there is - which I kind of appreciated in a funny way because that is not the point of this place! We loved all the sweet activities for kids and the music was excellent. The last thing I appreciated about the reopening is that it wasn’t as suffocating as it used to feel - maybe because there is less ivy or maybe because of the reservation system but it felt a lot better in there. LOVED it and it was worth the wait. Thank you Casa Bonita for providing another generation of children memories that will last a lifetime.”

“I ate at Black Eyed Pea today with 3 friends. Our waiter was Sean. He was very efficient and courteous. He joked with us. I thanked him for working as it's hard to find employees. He said he liked his job. This was obvious by the great service he provided. The food was excellent. I had the pot roast that melts in your mouth. The price has increased considerably but I understand food prices have increased everywhere.”

“The kitchen is dirty and in need of a remodel. Most likely all of his kitchens are. The owner doesn't care how filthy a restaurant is. He runs his restaurant in Lakewood with a man who looks like he has syphilis on his hands. After my husband was working next to the guy I can tell you he does not wash his hands. Jared, consider hiring a new chef for your restaurant in Lakewood or, just closing all your restaurants now. The owner Jared Leonard doesn't pay employees and vendors. He's opening three new restaurants in Punta Mita right now though. Also, he ran off on his business partner in Chicago and got sued. He's been sued many times and prefers threats over pay.”

“As a born and raised Texan....we are very particular about our BBQ. I was quite surprised about the flavor of their BBQ. It was very good. I had the 1/2 pound turkey with Mac and cheese and green beans. Excellent. I suggest the spicy sauce on it!!”

“the egg-parm sandwich has to be one of my top 5 favorite things to eat. any italian restaurant I go to I always get that. I've tried 6 different places in the state, all delicious and I would eat the sandwich again. but the egg-parm sandwich here stands out! I'll be getting this for lunch again.
